Wow, a water fall /mini fall within every 50 ft. The covered bridge walkway is beautiful. The ability to see the Douglas Fault is amazing. Grab the geological pamphlet for fascinating info.
My favorite park I've seen so far in the entire state of Wisconsin. I could sit for hours on the rocks in the river, feet in the water, just watching and feeling the power of the water rushing past me. The air is so fresh and the pines smell so good.
We love this park! Even though the water was very low it's was still an awesome hike ! Andy nice picnic areas!
Wonderful !
A small park with multiple water falls. Very easy walk with a amazing views. Took dozens of pictures... definitely going back soon.
Very nice walk. Not huge but a good area to walk in. Very pretty and fun to see the waterfalls
Those Falls are just beautiful I've never seen waterfalls like that before they are just gorgeous and that I just felt so connected.
Most beautiful state park in Wisconsin.
Not much too see. Falls are
Low. We need rain. Tree look diseased with green lime
Growth all over them and the rocks. A lot dead trees down. Bad side rail loose and falling apart. Camp ground very nice.
This park was pretty, with a relatively easy path and some neat sights along the way. Fun for young kids to pretty safely explore. Might be a bit challenging for strollers and wheelchairs.

Beautiful place for a hike
Beautiful in fall lots of birch and quaking aspen. There are multiple waterfalls - not many hiking trails (only 2ish miles) but you can walk a significant way along the river. You can swim anywhere in the river according to staff but I would recommend taking thimbleberry trail and taking an offshoot to the old quarry which is a deep and clear swimming hole. The camping area is really nice and would be perfect for kids.
Loved this area. So beautiful. The falls are an easy walk from the parking lot.
Wonderful series of falls and rapids, ideal wading water and lots of crayfish to keep the grandson occupied.
This was our first time visiting this park. Plenty of trails for those longer hikes. Easy to see the falls, and the covered bridge. Pit toilet didn't smell to good but was clean. Walking poles were helpful for us older folks due to tree roots. Places to sit, picnic tables available. Very nice park. Warning posted about ticks.
