Superb little diner tucked into a Main Street space. Lots of regulars - watched the staff calling folks by name and bringing drinks as people walked in. Great vibe; homey and cheerful.
The food? Just about perfect. I’m a simple breakfast guy but love a good diner meal. Two eggs, hash browns, sausage, and toast. All perfectly cooked.
Service? Top notch. My coffee never went below half full and there was a pot hovering over it… “top you off?”
Great way to start a day of driving. If you’re in Sparta, do yourself a favor. Counter service if you’re flying solo and plenty of tables for groups.
