I will be honest, but I also want to be loving. I love that Sparta has some food trucks. That is so cool of us, for us. I love Mexican food. I love supporting small/independent businesses. I very unfortunately did not find this to be a stellar/outstanding dish. I had a chicken burrito (hold the cheese and cream), and I did eat it like a burrito bowl (so no tortilla). THE best Mexican food we’ve had in a while. It was so good that we drove back (20 miles) the next day to eat it again. It was hot, fresh, and very flavorful. It’s definitely our new favorite spot to eat in Sparta. ?
