I loved my black garlic ramen (that isn’t the exact name but…). The pork was really good- I’m usually concerned it will be too fatty but this was great. They have some seasoning at the tables you can add if you’d like. I also got the spicy pot stickers but I did not find them spicy at all though they were flavorful and quite tasty.

Talk about a hidden gem! I say this as this was my first visit to Sparta, and I was lucky enough to experience some of the best food I've ever had! I came for lunch and it was sooooo delicious that I ordered different items for carry out for supper and was equally impressed. I tried Tonkatsu, Tonkatsu Black (with extra pork, crispy onions, and crunchy garlic) and their gyoza. I can guarantee that if I'm ever in a 30-minute vicinity again that I will be ordering again. I will be raving about this food for a very long time!

Went with a group of 13 (lots of kids too) and it was fantastic. Lots of side orders and extras; nothing was missed. Can’t recommend highly enough.
If there is ONE drawback: once you eat here, all you will think about is the next time you will get to do so again. You will compare all ramen shops to this one, and nothing will measure up.

Had the Tantanmen, was arguably one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. Staff were incredibly nice. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I've probably been to about 15 ramen restaurants, and this is by far the best! Came back twice in one Saturday while visiting the area and would have returned a third time, but they're closed on Sundays. Just wish the Twin Cities had ramen this 😋 delicious.
