Heading to LaCrosse for lunch when a friend told me about Ginny's, and the Quilt Corner. Well, good food and QUILTS.......we're in! So glad my friend knows our tastes, because we are now big fans of Sparta and Ginny's. The food was so good, we had to place an Xtra order for take home.
I cannot express how great it was to work with Deb from Ginny's Cupboard! Our son was married this past weekend at On a Whim Wedding Barn (more rave reviews!) and we are from MN. I found Ginny's Cupboard online for the groom's dinner and could not have been more pleased. The food was fantastic: cheddar potato soup, variety of sandwiches on variety of fresh bread! Took a road trip to Sparta to shop at one of its unique manufacturers, and was looking for a good place to have a nice lunch. Had never been here before. Convenient location, easy access with lots of parking spaces. Staff friendly, excellent service, love the eclectic decor, great coffee, delicious sandwiches and soups at fair prices. Highly recommend and would definitely make it a point to eat here while exploring more of downtown Sparta.
