Had such a great time here!! The staff is so nice, we had great conversation as well. There were so many great choices and the seafood mac and cheese was amazing!!! Then we bought some cheese after learning how to bake cheese curds!! Great beer choices too for my husband. Such a friendly atmosphere!! When in the area, we will happily return!!!
I was staying at a bed & breakfast just 5 min away, and they had suggested to check out The Cotter Pin. So glad I decided to stop in for dinner. Everything from the food to the service was above and beyond. I ordered pretzel bites as an appetizer & the bacon mac n cheese for food. Beer was a Blue Moon, so that was just as expected. I have been passing this place for a few years when i started traveling to Cashton. I have been curious since day one. Always en route w a plan in mind i didnt have time to stop. After seeing a facebook post last week that included a glimpse of their taps i decided to make time to stop in today, Friday. I was suspecting a Townie bar.... pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. It is a welcoming cabin-esque vibe upon entering then you're greeted by friendly bartenders!
