3 weeks ago went through drive thru, got the wrong order, couldn't eat what I was given due to allergies. Called the Spencer location 4 times and got voicemail that the mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. I called the Colby location, was able to reach someone and was told a manager would call me back, and never received a call back. Spent $12.45 for cold fries and a soda. We were heading up north and both of our root beers tasted like straight up bleach! Could not drink them.but the food was good.
It was very shity they were playing da baby on the radio it’s against my religion 😤😡🤬they took 20 minutes to make my burger and all the employees were talking and standing in the drive thru.

A&W Restaurant is a convenient spot with quick service and friendly staff. The restaurant is clean and accommodating, willing to modify orders without question. While the menu has its flaws, the cheese curds are a highlight, despite being overpriced. The burgers, however, leave something to be desired. The onion rings are a decent option, using real onions. Wheelchair accessibility is a challenge, but the manager is nice. Overall, this A&W is a good spot for a quick meal, but with some room for improvement.
