Not too friendly. I got some caramel pull apart and strawberry cheese Danish. Super dry and no packaged date on them.

The Spooner Bake Shoppe has been around forever but has changed hands. Very friendly service. Cookies taste the same as they always did, but they're not my favorite as most varieties tend to be crisp, and I like chewy cookies. The German Six Grain bread was very good. I tried the Fried Cinnamon Roll based on a recommendation, and it lived up to the hype.

Parking: Parking can be tough during busy seasons and there's not much in the way of handicapped parking.

My fiancé wanted to stop at the bake shoppe on our way to Hayward. She had wanted to stop for a while. We stopped at around 3:45 on Thursday 12-21-23. The young lady working immediately told her “we are about to close”, As my fiancé picked out some cookies the girl told her “those are all different prices” apparently (and oddly) this bakery sells cookies by weight? Anyway my fiancé decided this bakery doesn’t want any business, it’s just too much to ask to wait on customers. The baked goods were good, the service was horrible. We won’t be back.

Phenomenal bake shoppe. Very good bread, donuts, and cookies. Extremely cheap price for the quality. Definitely a gem of this small town.

Pretty good donuts soft and fluffy, got some rosettes and they are crunchy goodness. Stop by if you get. The chance

These are the best donuts on the planet and would cost at least three dollars anywhere else. And yet, they cost about one dollar each. It’s worth driving here from the Cities just to get the donuts and take a stroll around Spooner.

Nothing beats the smell when you walk into this place. WOW! Also, the prices are SO GOOD!! Had a raspberry bismarck for $1 and seriously the best one I’ve ever had. Love this place and would go every day if I lived in Spooner!

Nice variety, reasonable priced, very delicious. They have cookies, scones, cream horns, large variety of breads, maple syrup and soooo much more. Definitely come back here.
