It would be 5 stars but there was no changing table in either bathroom. Staff are always super nice and accommodating, especially the guy who always wears the subway jersey.

Really disappointing experience all around. There was really loud emo music playing making it hard to hear the staff and the person I was with. Next the service was slow and mistakes were made during check out. There were 2 staff just standing around while one person did all the work. Then the bread was dry and hard. I maybe ate 1/3 of the sandwich before throwing it away.

I used the touch screen in the drive through ordered my sandwich 11.99. I didn't add anything to increase the price. The total said 12.64 I went to the window and the lady says 13 something. I said no its 12.64 with tax. She says sometimes the price changes. I say I just wanted you to be aware. Then she gets mad at me I said you must of taxed it twice or something. I'll pay the 13 whatever it is. She became a real B. With her aditude saying i punched it in correctly. Then I thought If I can't trust her to charge me correctly should I trust her to make my sandwich without spitting on it. I took my 20 back and left. Do better

Hit or miss. Usually miss. Options are limited in spooner for fast food though so sometimes it's worth the risk of ordering from here.

Placed order for online sandwich. Asked for it to be double toasted in the comment section and clicked the original toasted option. The sandwich was not toasted at all. They also put it on the wrong bread. They gave me regular white bread when Italian herb is what was ordered. Annoyed to say the least.

About 2 months ago my grandma and I had come in to get a quick bite after having surgery on her hand upon walking in and coming to order she took like 10 seconds looking at the menu before the girl working raised her voice saying “what can I get you I have other things to do.” No biggie we get people in the food service can have stressful days. The issue is having our food smashed together getting yelled at for not making decisions fast enough and when asked nicely if we could get her halves of her Footlong sandwich wrapped separately for now and later get told that “we’re the reason people can’t stand working in the food service industry.” We chalked it up to her just having a bad day everyone has them we remained kind and even left a tip.

We stopped in today to give it another chance and we’re again disappointed. The guy was nice while making our sandwiches but was not listening to what we were ordering and making our sandwiches wrong, when we tried to correct it he acted like he hadn’t said anything and just said “anything else?” So we got sandwiches with things we didn’t want on them and instead of a kids sandwich we got a Footlong? Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch and there was about 12 people in line ahead of us as well as a few in the drive thru line. Danielle (I’m not sure if that’s her name or not) was working with two training staff members and was dealing with a rush. All of the other customers understood that and waited patiently. A woman in the drive thru became impatient and started screaming at the workers. Since she would not accept any answers they had she was asked to leave. She then came into the store and demanded that she gets her sandwiches, “the customer is always right”, and called the team members names. Danielle and her staff handled the situation to the best of their abilities and made sure the remaining customers were satisfied and got what they needed, regardless of the rude interruption that had just occurred. I give her 5 stars

The two females working right now are the chillest people Ive seen at this Subway. They were actually happy and not acting miserable! Customer service was definitely on point ! 8-13-24 @ 9:50
