I got pulled over and never been here before. I pulled in the lot and bailed out and the whole time they took it upon themselves to take care of my bestie Taco who was in the car. You guys rock! New Customer forever:)

Had a burger with fries and a pizza, it was barely okay. Wouldn't have either again.

If you aren’t a local, do not expect to be treated the same. We were looking for a place to eat and found the Twin Oaks on google and according to their website, it appeared that they served lunch and we were in the area so we decided to check it out. It is Labor Day and we had already tried a place but it was closed, so I wanted to double check and see if they were actually open. I call the number listed and when the bartender picked up I asked what their hours were today and he replied in a rude manner “same as we are every week”. That’s great, but I’m not from the area and wanted to make sure they were actually open. Not the best response and it put me off instantly but still wanted to give it a shot because we were quite hungry. We walk in and sit at the bar and the bartender just looked at us and didn’t even say hi- the other customer sitting at the bar did. We order a couple beers and he says “$5” and I asked him “oh can we order food?” He shakes his head and in a very short and abrupt manner said “nope.” I was surprised by his response due to thinking they served lunch and I said “oh we can’t?” And again in the same manner he says “nope.” So my boyfriend placed his debit card on the bar and the bartender pushes it right back to him and says again in a short manner “$10 minimum.” Which is fine, I understand completely. At first I didn’t think I had cash so we were like ok I guess we are staying for two rounds. I looked and luckily I had $6 in my purse, so I ended up putting that on the table. I chugged my beer the fastest I ever have just to get out of there asap because this guy was being so rude to us. We watched him interact with the apparent locals and he didn’t not act that way act all towards them. Mike was his name and he did a great job at making sure we never go back again. Cheap, cold beer, but with bad attitudes.
