“Great burgers. Stepped into the place with only one other person in there want sure the review for great burgers was accurate. Within 10 minutes the place was packed. They were delicious burgers and super friendly staff and owner. Lucky find.“

“Great atmosphere and food. Menu is sophisticated and there are many locally sourced items. We arrived at 4:30 and found the service to be quick. Those that arrived later seemed to wait a bit for their orders. Don’t miss the cocktails and dessert!“

“This restaurant was in our hotel. We heard good things and opted to try it out before our theatre performance at APT. The place was full. We were able to get the last table. It's an unusual layout because it serves as a lounge area for the Spring Valley Inn. Very large sofas take up a lot of room, but diners can have drinks in this area. Our waitress took our drink order immediately. We were told the walleye fry was good. It came with two nice sized pieces with a light breading, homemade coleslaw and red potatoes roasted in herbs. It was all done to perfection. The mushroom ragu appetizer also was exceptional. Great flavors and lots of mushrooms. Our food arrived quite promptly, also. Would definitely try them again.“

“We stopped here for dinner after setting up camp at White Mound County Park. I don't think I've ever been in such a clean, neat as a pin bar before. It was exceptionally white glove worthy. Burgers are broiled right in front of you. Good burger - and the bartender sang "Happy Birthday" to me. Cash only. Nice selection of about six beers on tap.“

The service was great, the food was great, the prices were great and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. No one left hungry and we will definitely make the drive again. “This was stop for us in rural Wisconsin on the way to dinner and when I say rural it's no cell phone service Raul. The place is your typical small town Wisconsin bar that is very small with a pool table in the back. The decor is a hodgepodge if taxidermy, pictures etc etc. The place was mostly empty with a friendly bartender. Food is minimal with burgers and frozen pizza for the most part. Overall is a cool little place to stop at for a cocktails and a game of pool.“
