Food is decent and affordable but customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE.
I placed an online order thru the website for pickup at 115pm. I got home at 130pm and realized they forgot one of my meals (it was a large order) so I called and let them know and was told the manager who handled online orders was not there and would give me a call back. 330pm and still no call.
