We had dinner at the Amber grill for the first time. The food was tasty and the wait staff was attentive.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner and cocktails at Amber Grill. We started with cocktails and an appetizer (steak tips)at the bar. The steak tips were accompanied by crispy onion strings and creamy horseradish sauce. We were seated for dinner promptly at 6:00. We loved the steak tips so much we shared an order of those for dinner along with a wonderful, large salad made with mixed greens, walnuts, blue cheese crumbles, and poached pears. The dressing was light and flavorful. We ended our meal by sharing a piece of turtle cheesecake. Service was impeccable throughout the meal. We will be back!

Went there for a seminar. The food was pretty good, and the waitress kept the iced tea refills coming. I had the bacon wrapped filet with onion straws and green beans and mashed potatoes.

Worst service I can remember. The waiteress (bartender) acted as if a request for a napkin was the oddest and most outrageous thing she’d ever experienced. She was hostile, indifferent and generally disrespectful. I had to ask for silverware…and that request was greeted with hostility. I had to ask her for my check 3 separate times. And it was wrong when I got it. The whole experience was extremely vexing. Stay away from the bar if there is a blonde with a garish tattoo on her forearm. Ugh.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait to be seated and the waitress took our drink order right away. She came back in a timely manner to take our order for food. I would recommend going had a nice time and food was good.

So very happy with room service recieved from Amber Grille staff while at Holiday Inn Steven's Point.Dinner one evening, breakfast another morning. Food was tasty, items arrived cold if meant to be or warm if meant to be. As if we weren't across a football field of a building. Great job!
Prime rib w salad was delish! We also enjoyed the carrot cake for dessert. Recommending Amber Grill at Holiday Inn Stevens Point, WI

Amber Grill is one of our favorite local restaurants to dine in for special occasions. We are always treated with the utmost kindness. Their food is always fire no matter what we order, but my favorite appetizer is the spinach artichoke dip with pita bread. Always get the pita bread!
