I had a great experience at Arby’s thanks to Lori! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers. It’s not every day you come across employees who go the extra mile, but Lori did just that. Are sandwiches were great and good hot but are fries were hard and the end of the basket ends they were not good threw them away waste of money there was not happy with that but other wise the persone who took are order was very nice and friendly

Stopped in for a classic roast beef and cheese for me and a 6 piece nuggets for my kid. The roast beef was as expected but the nuggets were basically a few small scraps of chicken and were very dry and definitely not good. Unfortunately we had already pulled away before we unpacked otherwise I would have gone in and returned these and ordered something else. Definitely won't order those again. Images attached

Great Roast Beef and Cheese sandwiches. The location seemed short staffed. The restaurant was clean.

The service was a ibismal. I ordered 2 sliders and mozzarella sticks. It took them 15 minutes and the order was wrong. I had to wait 5 additional minutes for them to correct it. My order was served without sauce but because it took so long I went without it. I talked to the manager and all he said was "Sorry about that." Sorry about what? That it took so long to get my order? That my order was not served with sauce for the provided menu items? That I was given the wrong sandwich? That I wasn't offered to keep the messed up sandwich or provided with a free item for the mix up such as a cookie or small fry. There are multiple items here that could have been corrected. I could have ordered food at Applebee's and had it take less time. Not coming here again. The one positive I can offer is that the store was clean.

Staff was courteous and fast, but i asked for roast beef gyro and received greek. Didn't know it til i was too far to go back
Had a bad attitude gave us one price at the speaker then changed it to be more at the window. Also the chicken tender was not very big when I got my food.

OUSTANDING FAST FOOD location. Very efficient looking at previous reviews tgere wrong. Food was hot and ready before order was done that's fast. Great place to enjoy a meal. Very well kept up restaurant.
Quick road trip stop. Picked up some curly fries as an afternoon snack while I continued my drive. Staff were quick to restock the cup dispenser when I reported there were none there to put the ketchup in. They offered packets...not a good option when you're driving, dipping and nibbling.
