Waiter wasn’t very receptive at beginning. Ordered but didn’t receive food for about an hour when there was only 3 other tables filled, tables that got there after us got food before us. 3 out of 4 orders(one was takeout) was missing a component or had the wrong order all together. We had also ordered food to which the waiter failed to mention that things were out and we had to wait even longer.

Zander is a great server and very attentive. He consistently checked on me and made sure I was taken care of during my visit.

The small Asian girl named Kaitlyn was the worst server I’ve ever had in all my life. She was extremely rude, didn’t let us sit in a booth with only 2 families in the whole restaurant, she added extra to our bill which needed to be taken off and I just saw we tipped her?? We left nothing and she put in her own tip. Our experience was completely unacceptable. She was extremely rude from the moment we sat down. She rolled her eyes when we asked questions, ignored our table for long stretches while chatting with other employees, and even got our order completely wrong…twice. When we politely pointed it out, she snapped at us instead of fixing it. Drinks sat empty for over 20 minutes, and food arrived cold. It felt like she didn’t care about her job at all, and it ruined our evening. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone until they address their staff.

Worst service. All those servers and not even a full house. Waitress tells me no booth for us. One is open. Throws our menus down on the table, hurries off. Doesn't come back. No one shows up. 10 minutes later, seats a bunch of teens and SERVES them. 5 minutes later we walk out. We were the second small family to be ignored while the young servers served friends who came after we did. Never again. Eating happily at Pizza Ranch, Plover. 1 Peter 4:7

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings in Stevens Point many times. I have enjoyed their food, drinks, music and service through the years. Wednesday July 31st, 2025 was a whole different experience. I usually sit in the bar area and have spectacular service, this time we sat in a booth by the windows. It was a very long day dealing with home issues, my friends and I wanted to go somewhere to enjoy decent food, great atmosphere, and good drinks.
Our server was young and sweet, but very ignorant. I asked for a Brandy Ole Fashioned sweet with cherries and a orange. She asked me what kind of alcohol is Brandy. Then I requested a double captain and Dr Pepper, she then asked me what kind of alcohol that was. I will admit I did start off strong with 2 drinks and a shot. 30 minutes later I requested another Captain and Dr pepper. The server stated I need to finish my drink before ordering another one. So I did and the server came back 10 minutes later, I requested another captain and Dr pepper, but she stated I need to wait a whole hour to order another alcoholic beverage, my friends asked the server to make sure that's correct. She chatted with the manager and bartender, came back and stated I have to wait another whole hour. Mind you Buffalo Wild Wings is deceived to be a mix of a sports bar and family friendly establishment. They have many UFC fights and Sports on their 15 or more TVs. I'm sure most people going to watch these events aren't wanting to have 1 drink an hour. Plus they have Happy hours between 3 and 6 with discounted beverages. So we are only allowed 3 alcoholic drinks in a 3 hour period for happy hours...???? It defeats the purpose of marketing and profiting. So my friend decided to order the same drink and the server and manager watched us like a hawk for 10 minutes. While the server forgot to put in our second order of bottomless appetizers. She did put in a double order after forgetting. We also requested celery and carrots for our wings which we didn't get. On top of all of this she didn't ask about our reward points and my friend insisted. It was a $110 check so she could have gotten decent points. They did try but it was a no go.
I'm not a person to complain or put a bad review, but this was a whole different experience. I've been in the hospitality and restaurant industry for over 20 years. I have worked in food chain like Applebee's, Chilis, Ihop, family restaurants like Blue top and Happy Wok, and supper clubs like Skyclub. Never have I ever seen or experience something this bad before. I still left a $20 tip and was polite, but I will not invest my time in the Stevens Point Buffalo Wild Wing for a very long time and continue to tell my friends about this bad experience..

Horrible service. Our waitress did not Check on us the entire time, we had no drinks as she was talking to other servers and on her phone. We finally asked for the check and boxes and she asked if we needed anything else after we finished our meals with no drinks.

They told us on the phone we can get 6 free wings for national wing day if we order thought the app, we did and then they said we can’t have them once we picked up the order. Fries were stale chicken sandwich was good. Waste of time.

Called in on national wing day (July 29th), they told us we can get the 6 free wing deal if we worded through the app- 10$ or more. We ordered more than 10$ and waited almost 30 minutes. And they refused to give us the 6 wing deal. Rip off.

Came in around 3:00pm today with my girlfriends, we were hoping to get the bottomless appetizers. It took more than 10 minutes for the server to acknowledge our group, he didnt apologize but at least he took our orders right away. The appetizers came out quick, but our food took forever, the boneless wings were dry and the sauce was mediocre at best. We asked for separate trays as we were going to split the bogo wings deal, they all came together. I mentioned this to the server, he said hed come back with extra plates, never did. We didnt get the ranch we asked for either. Honestly, one of the worst dining experiences Ive had in a while. Do better.

Absolutely terrible reception and service for delivery drivers. Most times I walk in and have to wait around for someone to see if I need help or I just host myself to their space.
It took over 13 minutes after I arrived at the merchant to receive my order. To which I also drove across town to get there and was required to drive 10 minutes more to deliver the order to the customer.
It is an abomination to steal that much time from someone that is serving you and your business. The theft of the contractor's time is all too common in this establishment. If you order from here, especially delivery, expect a long wait.

Went all the way there in the early morning to get what i thought would be delicious bottomless appetizers, but all the breaded food was so bland and flavorless and the queso was so watery and tasted like milk no cheese, even the chip's where flavorless i had to add slat on them. even tho it's so cheap truly not worth the drive

Ordered to go, we were from out of town, no silverware in the bag. Went inside to ask for some stood there for almost 10 minutes multiple people walked past me. Asked someone for silverware and was told they didn't have silverware they were the chef and walked away. Horrible customer service
