I decided to do take out from the buffalo wild wings in stevens point. I order 20 wings and fries. I showed up 5 minutes early before my assignment time for my wings. No one greeted me but all looked at me for around 5-7 minutes, when I was finally able to get someone’s attention I had to wait 5 minutes for my wings which is no big deal! When I received the food the worker put the boxes in the bag upside down and 1/2 open. Also When we got our ranch the ranch was all over. I was not made about that I understood people are busy. When I went home which is less than 5 minutes all my wings were COLD. The fries I ordered barely got any and were super hard and even colder. I will not be coming back to this buffalo wild wings again.

Waiter does not do her job correctly had to wait for 20 plus minutes for an appetizer could not get a refill just walking around talking and chit chatting with people.. been sitting in the restaurant for 48 minutes n barely got an service. Did not get no refill on my drink and was empty for 35 minutes very disappointed.

Wings took forever as they did not pull enough for my order of 15. When they arrived they were cold. Dry rub was only applied to 1 side of the Wings and I got 13 drums and 2 flats. The atmosphere rating is due to the music always being played to loud. Can barely have a conversation at your table. Also the bartender shouldn't be running for food as this made service worse. This place used to be much better. Not sure what has changed. Bartender was friendly.

As per usual, poor service. We walked in, only about 3 other tables in there, and we waited about 5 minutes before someone came up to seat us. When we sat down we immediately ordered and waited 30+ minutes for our food (seemed quite long considering the lack of other customers) The food was great but our server never checked in on us. The entire time we ate we never got refills on drinks which seems to be a re-occurring theme here. Great food but consistently bad service.

The past 8 to 10 experiences over several years have been poor to say the least. The wings are over cooked, or they are cold by the time they get to the table. This place was my go to years prior but its so expensive and the food is below average. Go to parker johns across the street instead. You'll at least feeling satisfied when you leave.

Usually the service here is great. We waited for about 4 minutes at the booth by the door, with an almost empty restaurant. Finally someone came from the back and seated us up at the bar. The guy behind the bar said he would be with us shortly. We waited and watched him go to the kitchen, come out with another employee. They looked up how to make a drink, we watched. And waited. And waited. Still hadn't gotten a drink, water, nothing. After making the drink, another employee sat a gentleman down a few chairs down, got his drink and order and we still hadn't been acknowledged. So we left. Very disappointing. I'm not one to complain but the employees watched us leave, not ever saying a word to us.

The food is usually fine but I'm pretty sure the manager thinks he runs a night club. The music is so loud you can't have a conversation with the person next to you...and it's not like the place was packed. There were 4 other people in the restaurant.

My server was awesome. The wings were so dried out it was like chewing on leather. $21.07 for chips and salsa, soda and 1 wing. I wont be back!

Waited 15 minutes for our server to come and greet us just to have the tables around us who got seated after us get greeted first. As a former server I understand sections but there was one visible server that seemed to be avoiding the smaller groups as the table who walked in after us also didnt get greeted. We never ended up getting greeted so we left 🤷🏻♀️.

Messed up order twice and had to ask to have removed from bill since I could not eat any of it. I have given up on this entire chain. Every time I go to one, no matter where I have traveled in the country, either service is terrible or food gets messed up multiple times and I have to go somewhere else to eat.
