Walked into a partially empty restaurant, not one person greeted us or spoke to us. A man standing in front of us waited too and turned and walked out, still no one came over. We were so frustrated we walked out ourselves... worst Buffalo wild wings I've ever went to.... I'd rather drive 2 hrs away to get better service. Not sure how they stay open!!! Can't give a negative or I would.

I ordered from Wild Burger the All American Burger. Took off the vegetables and mustard, added grilled onions and it was delicious! Also got the wedges with salt and vinegar seasoning. Incredible!

**UPDATE** After taking the wings back as they were so hot I found out they mixed the habinero sauce with the honey BBQ. Thank god I did not feed those to my kids! Orderd a pick up order. Got a party pack of honey BBQ wings. The order took much longer than told then got home to eat and the wings are so hot(spicey hot) I can not feed them to my kids. Thanks for a $60 meal that we can't even eat. I have tried to give them a chance after many issue with the place but will never again!

I hadn't had BWW in about ten years(bad experience ) and gave it a try because my wife loves it and hadn't had it in years. I got a southern chicken sandwich and love the flavor combo they were going for, sadly the food was cold, super greasy, and the bun looked and tasted like a McDonald's bun. I'm honestly surprised at the experience as people used to rave about the place. Not sure what's going on but it was an underwhelming experience. The fried pickles and cheese curds were great after we ran them through our air fryer and crisped them up. We also had to go back in for our fries as they had forgotten them completely. We arrived before the time for pickup but somehow our food had all sat long enough to be cold. Will try again in store as my wife does like their food, but I'm not super hopeful as this is 2/2 underwhelming food and service.

Let’s start with the good, we walked in and the host was extremely nice and attentive; she asked us our preference in seating (booth, bar, table) and accommodated us respectively. We got to our table and our waitress was quick to come serve us.
Then it goes sideways. We ordered our food and forgot about the 6 for 20 deal happening (2 entrees, 2 sides, and 2 drinks for 19.99). We also ordered an appetizer. When the appetizer came we asked her regarding the deal and was sort of hit with guilt as she told us that the manager would have to clear the “whole” tab and restart. Regardless, she did it and helped us.
We then got our food and noticed there was no forks, so we asked and she said they were being washed. Not to mention that the restaurant was maybe 20% of capacity? Not busy at all, so it was interesting but again outside factor so whatever. 10 minutes pass, we’re done with our sides and the wings are cold. I wave down another waitress who I asked about the forks and she was very helpful, she says she’ll come back with forks and if there are none then she can get plastic ones. A great answer to a bad situation. We got our forks and ate our wings that at this point were ACTUALLY cold. We finish most of our food and our original waitress came back and gave one of us a refill, besides the fact that we had 3 empty cups. She then returns to our table with the check, no mention of boxes or anything.
A bad experience always has the chance to get better with hospitality yet it didn’t. We got no apology, cold food, and just a bad experience.
I hope today was just an off day, because everyone deserves some grace. But probably won’t be returning to this location, and again disappointed in the quality of service we received.
