Awesome service from Charles at the window, work in customer service myself and can appreciate the effort put into it! He's definitely working his best to represent the brand well. Food was excellent and hot too!

Rediculous asked to wait to take our order, almost 15. Then another truck pulls up next to the other drive through and they take his order!! Mean while 3 vehicles behind me and myself are still waiting! I said something to them after that, tried talking to the man at the drive through window and he couldn't even respond back, he couldn't even get his words out. Only thing he said was sorry it's just me and the one cook. Atleast offer something for people waiting that long. I had 2 kids whining in the car for food otherwise I would have went somewhere else. Please hire employees! Sucks this generation doesn't want to work.

I'm definitely a Whopper fanatic and of course swung through for this consistently scrumptious burger. While I only used the drive through, it took 18 minutes to get that amazinness and while I usually don't mind waiting, I was already on a 3 hr commute and had hoped for quicker. I will still be back...afterall: the Whopper is king.

So my wife and myself went there before seeing a movie, food was good and service was great but the Powerade and lemonade was straight syrup and they had hardly any water pressure. For a food establishment not having proper working water pressure scares me

help wanted it's more like help needed. the workers are slow, the bathrooms disgusting, and some of the employees attitudes are not even near friendly. the food is good I'll give them that but over all they could do way better.

It was not a pleasant experience at BK. Very grumpy drive-through worker. When the food is only average, you need to do a little bit extra to earn the customer's trust. Whoppers were ok, but very little onion and tomatoes were almost nonexistent. The fries were warm but extremely salty.

I was just there about 40 min ago. They let me sit in the drive thru for 7-10 min, until it hit 7:59pm. Then proceeded to tell me they are closed for the night.

Mary was extremely rude. This was the second time we went there and was talked to very disrespectful. Will never go there again.
This is pretty much the worst Burger King I have ever been to. There was nobody at the counter to take our order. The place wasn’t even busy. All I heard were staff yelling at each other in the back and one woman came out to yell they needed more fries. Was in line for 10+ minutes with other guests behind us. Nobody acknowledged us. They were not even busy. Nobody was in the drive through and maybe three other people eating. It was the lunch hour, so I assumed they would be serving lunch. Guess not. We went to KFC nearby instead where they actually serve food.

Had to change my review about this place. Went there around 130 p.m. expecting to wait. Got food right away which should have been a clue. Food was hot, but obviously reheated as it was too tough to chew. Fries were hot, but again, old. Onions rings were undercooked and half raw. Will never go here again.

Everytime I order it's always something either forgotten sauce etc.. but this time it's like they put the whole bottle of mayo on this sandwich, it's falling apart after on bite absolutely ridiculous
