Wouldn't even give this place a 1 start. Completely mess up your order...one person saying come back, we will fix it and refund or give you a coupon n something else for the inconvenience, the other person refuses to do that and expects it to be OK.Won't be coming back

First time at this location. Only 1 car in lot, assuming a worker. Was about 5:40pm on a Wed. Newer looking location. Ordered a side of Val Fries i never received, and got onions on my whopper i asked to be removed. Did call back to let them know, n will have to return somehow to get my fry. My whopper wasn't warm, n the chic wrap barely had a strip of chic in there.Kid said her buger was warm enough for her.

Just came in to pick up a mobile order for in-store pick up. The gentleman at the front was really kind and saw to my order fulfillment immediately. He was kind and professional and I could tell he was s people person. Not sure if he's the manager or not, but with him, you're on good hands.The food was absolutely fresh and hot. I would say out of the thousands of times I've been to BK all around the country, this might have been my #1 experience. Thank you for your hospitality

If I could give 0 or negative 5 stars I would! This place needs to close! I had a super busy day at work going between buildings shoveling etc due to snow, around noon I was starving craving Burger King so I go to this drive through and am pulling up my app. The drive thru person says they'll be right with me I say ok thanks and continue searching on the app for what it was I wanted. A minute goes by I find the item I'm wanting just as drive through person says how may I help you. I start to say im using an app but before I can say anything more the person says again how can I help you. I finally say im using an app and then I am asked what's the code-my phones being slow as im trying to pull it up again he says SIR what's the code-im not a sir I state and please be patient my phones loading he again says well I need the code what's the code what is the code what's the code-I had someone on a call with me who says in my ear wow he's pushy I state that im unhappy with the way he's rushing me again to calm down and again he seems to yell at me demanding a code I told him nevermind this is insane I can't have a second for the app to load-I ended up pulling around to talk to manager which was the same guy-don't know how this guys allowed to be a manager I come in CRYING and he acts like he's got no clue what he's done, doesn't even offer to make it right! I was not only called a SIR I WAS BEING RUSHED RUDELY I have a healing concussion so he more he rushed the harder it was for me to think! I feel bad for anyone else who may have experienced this! I hope corporate reads this and shuts this place down they have only one to two workers on there and it's not even good employees so either keep this staff and get sued over stupid things said in drive thru or fire these guys and figure out how the hwy 10 location does it because after this experience I drove over there and the entire transaction there was dramatically different for the better! DONT GO HERE! Even the person on phone with me agreed on how this Burger King was towards me vs the one I went to afterwards! I really hope that man that took my order learns how to talk to people, and is more patient in the future

This is our go to spot, Chauncey is simply amazing!! He is so patient with the kids and the elderly, I found myself stopping just to watch him. This man needs a raise, I'm never received this type of service in a fast food restaurant. (My tray being brought to me at my table)

Seriously, the most ignorant employees I've ever had to deal with. Interrupted is constantly when trying to order, refused to give us a receipt, and order was wrong. They just ignored us tapping on the window to get correct food. Considering it's 250pm and they have literally ZERO other customers, I'm not certain how hard an order of 3 items could possibly be.

The black man working here got really angry that my hamburger that had pickles on it, but I ordered it plain. It's only got one pickle on it! He yelled at me when I asked for my plain hamburger. I wish I was making this up, I'll never eat here ever again.

The disrespectful girl at the drive-through got the order completely wrong and when we question it, she push the bag at us and told us to just take it because there was nothing she could do about it. We asked her to correct it and she said just take the food. We finally got her to correct the extra charges and she threw the food at us and said we should’ve just taken it anyway because we got it for free or some thing and she couldn’t remove it from the bag once it had been put in a bag. Then we noticed everything in the bag had been incorrectly made, because she had added all this extra stuff that she charged us for which we didn’t want and then didn’t have the stuff we did want on it when I called back to talk to a manager I recognize your voice and asked her if she was the person who took our order the drive-through and she lied and said she wasn’t but then when I told her that the person at the drive-through got her order wrong. She said she got it perfect. I said I needed to actually talk to a manager and then or an owner. she lied again and told me she was an owner even though she was in her 20s I contacted Burger King corporate and they basically did nothing about it.

The gentleman, I think he was the manager, was so sweet. He brought the food to our table, made us chocolate milk - which was not on the menu - for my 5 year old nephew, and gave my nephew a coloring book page to hang up in the restaurant. I wish I knew his name, he gave amazing service and took pride and joy in his work. Great job!
