I love Cold Stone and it is always a treat when I get to have it because we do not have one nearby. The ice cream I got was good. It was what I asked for. However, the management/owners need to reconsider their staffing and what they are doing when they have a brand new employee working ALONE.
There were 4 other people in my group, and it took us nearly 30 minutes to put in our orders, pay, and be on our way. The worker did not understand the difference in sizes of dishes, did not know how to make a shake, gave people the wrong change, and began putting a banana into an ice cream order when someone ordered banana-flavored ice cream. It is clear there was also a language barrier, which is not the workers fault, but rather the management for allowing the new worker to be on their own.
I hope next time I stop by it is better.

#1 There was only one worker and he didn’t speak much English. #2 our ice cream was made incorrect and we were unable to get what we actually wanted because the employee did not know how to make shakes. #3 my “Love It” size ice cream didn’t even fill the designated cup. #4 we were charged two extra dollars for one of the items because the worker did not know how to input the correct item.

The place seemed dirty. Every glass surface was streaked and had fingerprints. There was a wet towel under the ice cream cooler on the customer side, soaking up water. All the empty tables were dirty. There was one employee who was preparing the orders and then would cash out and take money/cards and then go back to working with the food without washing her hands. A second employee came in after 15 minutes and Buzz’d around between the front and the back, but never was in the back long enough to wash her hands. Then she helped prepare orders and take money. I am really questioning how they clean the surface where they mix in all the additions. I think the ice cream scoops were just put into a common bucket of water and then used over and over again, so can’t imagine how often those are cleaned. One employee said there were new owners and they really didn’t know what they were doing, so some common menu components were not available… Like brownies, which is a big part of a lot of of their features.

We walked in to this establishment finding no one behind the counter. If our heads were on straight, we should have left then! It took 5 minutes before the girl in the back room, sitting looking at her phone, decided to get up and help us. After choosing our flavors, this gal took the carton out and decided to take a spoonful of it, indeed right in front of us, before putting it in a cup! Now this is just the service. After spending what we did, we discovered the ice cream had chunks of ice in it. Not only was it filled with ice chips but the flavor profile was anything but quality. You won't get me near a Cold Stone after this experience!
Just bought 2 cups of ice cream had a hard time finding prices I assume wouldn’t be that much. $17 it cost me for 2 “ love it” cups with just ice cream no extra toppings. I ordered a Oreo flavor & the ice cream was completely freezer burnt had many ice chunks very disgusting. I lost out on alot of money. Very disappointed. Never going back can’t believe that can charge that much for a small amount of lce cream. Have the ice cream be freezer burnt
