I bought an pint during a blow out sale and it was labeled as Really Reese’s but when I got home and opened it, it was Cookies and Cream. This visit was part of a day trip for me so I can’t take it back and ask to switch it or be refunded. This makes me skeptical to purchase pints from them again since I can’t trust it is as labeled and I don’t want to open it in store and it’s tampered with. I hope they can pay attention better next time to what they are packaging and labeling.

On Saturday night, sent my husband to culvers to get me a plain grilled chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken salad and we eat there all the time.we eat at the one on division street in stevens point wisconsin 54481.very disappointed i didn't get my grilled chicken salad. This has happened to me a couple times now and its very frustrating and disappointing. I love your grilled chicken and I hope you make this right with me. Never go to this Culver's again, messed up on an online order. Hardly any onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on our sandwiches. Food wasn't very hot, asked for two Ice Teas, each half sweet/half unsweetened, couldn't even get that right, gave us two sweet Teas. And here's the kicker, NO ICE in either one. Apparently no Commonsense was used. We were not happy at all. I talked to Manager, wanted to report it, she was decent about it, but of course she defended her Employees. She offered free meals to us, I declined, why would we want any food from them again after that experience!?!? Nope, never going back to this one. Need to train and educate their Employees better.

This Culver's location was amazing in all areas of service. From maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, to the satisfaction of the high-quality food, to the top-notch speed of placing and receiving orders, etc., it has been a very pleasant experience whenever dining at this location. Most of all, the customer service is PHENOMENAL!! The employees are very kind and pay constant attention to detail for all customer needs. Specifically, my wife recently had an experience where an item was accidentally forgotten in the order delivery, and the front desk employees were very kind with the situation, to where she was refunded with a complimentary custard. Overall experience has always been 5 out of 5! Highly recommend to anyone to visit this Culver's location, whether they are from the area or visiting the area! Keep up the great work! It does not go unnoticed!

My son ordered a butter burger kid's meal with bacon, but when he took a bite he realized there wasn't any bacon. He told Maya J at the counter and she had a new one made at no charge, which was more than she had to do. She went above and beyond. Thanks, Maya! Culver's in Stevens Point is lucky to have you!
