come to this Culver's a lot. The staff are always friendly and they actually put people at the counter so I don't have to wait forever to order unlike SOME places (cough cough... McDonald's) I'm a big back so you know I get that butter burger and concrete mixer. Tastes immaculate and delectable. Culver's is S tier location.

I ordered a kids meal on May 8th or 9th and they completely messed up my order so I put it in the survey they put on the receipt. Later that day I got an email about it from the General Manager Raevyn Hasbrouck. They offered to send me coupons and I agreed that would work best. It now has been 13 days and nothing has showed up in the mail. 3 days ago I reached out again and still haven't received anything back. This is very disappointing and unprofessional of them.

I understand it's annoying when customers come in the drive thru in the last 30 minutes of operating hours, but interrupting and rushing a customer and talking over them in the drive thru is ridiculous. The biggest ick I've ever gotten here.

We had a carry out order on 5/18/25 around noon and 1 of our kids meals were messed up the manager was fantastic 👏 got us the right meal and gave me ice cream for my wait !!! Way to go Manager !

I absolutely love this Culver’s location. The food always comes out hot and fresh, the employees are always kind, and the food always comes out quickly! (As long as there’s not a line around the building, in that case it’s understandable if there’s a bit of a wait) Also, I’ve never ONCE had any missing or incorrect items in any order I’ve made here. I’ve only written two other reviews ever for any establishment, and both times were very negative and something I wanted to bring attention to. This Culver’s though, absolutely perfect. Thank you to all the staff that keep this restaurant great :)

Everytime I have visited this location I've had a horrible experience. Never gotten the food right once.
After a 44 minute wait in drive through, I got cold onion rings and melted custard! The second time in a month I waited over 30 minutes. This is the last time. I will contact corporate to find out if there is another owner in stevens point. I am better off driving across town if it saves me 30 minutes even though this restaurant is only 1.5 miles away. Total time from home was 1 hour 3 minutes to get cold food.
