Was asked to park (Waupaca)no one else in drive thru. When I declined, pulled forward, my order was incorrect! Cashier was more concerned about me it go in the parking space, than providing prompt courteous service! Called & complained... have not returned! Long time cystomer! Lost me that day. Now I only go to Steven's Point

Our grandsons prefer Dairy Queen to McDonald's. It's not bad for fast food. It's pretty quick service.

Ordered three meals they all came with a blizzard, My DoorDash got here with just the meals and no blizzards. (The lady who dropped him off said she specifically asked if there were any blizzards and the worker told her no) She then went back to dairy Queen to get us the blizzards. When she dropped them off they weren't even the right ones! I called to see if they would do something to fix the mess up and they told me after waiting for 5 minutes on the phone that they'll have a manager call me the next day. Manager never called me so I waited the whole day for the manager to call and nobody ever called me back. So the next day I called them back and again they can't do anything to help me they just keep telling me they'll tell a manager to call me back!!! This is going on 3 days of nothing being resolved!!! We ordered from dairy Queen pretty often this is the first time we've had an issue but it's the principle of nobody doing anything that makes me think we might not go back!!!!!
