1/3 of my fries were dark brown, hard, soaked in grease on their way to being black. 1/3 were semi soft and barely cooked. 1/3 were cold and hard Ii n the center. Extremely frustrating to spend $, wait in line for 20 minutes with one car ahead and one behind. Employee was busy taking another order so no words were spoken, just a hand outstretched for $. Will not return
