I did pickup. I haven't had Domies in a long time and was very happy with my pie. I got the New York style and it was delicious. It was hot and ready to go when I arrived.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes while they made my order... that I had placed online almost half an hour before. Gentleman working the window didn't apologize for the wait or even acknowledge it. Disappointed. Wish I could say this is the first time.

Pizza was mediocre at best

Ordered three pizza, one of them was missing cheese. There was white sauce on it, but there was definitely no cheese on it. We drove back to the store. The female worker there claimed that there was cheese on it. She refused to correct the issue. That is completely unacceptable, I've never had a restaurant refuse to fix a problem. Very disappointed with this Domino.

Terrible customer service They failed to put cheese on our pizza. We brought it back and then they claimed that there was cheese on it when anyone with eyes can see there is no cheese., just white sauce. We've ordered this exact pizza before and it looked completely different... because it actually had CHEESE on it. The lady could have at least offered to remake it and charge me for extra cheese. Gaslighting customers is not the way to go if you want to make money. Never ordering from you again.

Got probably the worst pizza of my life tonight. Don't normally make reviews but the two pizzas we got were undercooked, uncut, and sloppily falling apart. The image had no bites taken it actually just melted apart like this.

The food here isn’t as good as the surrounding locations. Our pizza is never cut, they mess up our orders. The employees don’t seem like they’re all there in the interactions i’ve had with them, almost seems like they’re under the influence of something. The cinnamon bites are hard. A few months ago we were waiting at the pick-up window for awhile to pick up our order and an employee was leaning on the counter sitting on his phone in our view, so he should’ve seen us but was too busy on his phone. Very unprofessional, the employees don’t wear gloves, and the food isn’t very good. We’ve only ever went here because we accidentally ordered at this location instead of Plover.

Terrible place to go for some pizza. They don’t know what they are doing and they are very rude also false advertising we ordered a Dr.pepper and got a spicy soda and they didn’t bother to tell us that they were out of it. Asked the female with glasses for a root beer instead and she got all mad and cussed at me underneath her breath. Getting mad because yall messed up our order while we were still polite to yall is rude. Yall should be fired and replaced. Don’t go here unless you want your order messed up.

This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The online ordering process was clunky: coupons that initially applied to my order disappeared after I made an edit. When I reverted to my original order, I had to manually search for and activate a coupon.
After 5 minutes of waiting for the order tracker to start (it didn’t), I left for my 20-minute ride to the store for carryout pickup. There was a longer than usual delay to get to the pickup window, and I was asked for my name by two different employees. On a third window visit, I was told that half of my order had accidentally gone out with a delivery driver.
They offered discount coupons for the mix-up and asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. While the complete order was eventually brought to my car, the promised discount was never provided.
The issues continued when I got home. Both the large pepperoni NY Style and large pepperoni hand-tossed pizzas were unusually soggy in the middle.
I understand that staffing or inexperience can cause issues, but basic expectations of timely service, order accuracy, and good food quality should always be met. This visit failed on all three counts.
