This experience was frustrating from start to finish. The online ordering process was clunky: coupons that initially applied to my order disappeared after I made an edit. When I reverted to my original order, I had to manually search for and activate a coupon.
After 5 minutes of waiting for the order tracker to start (it didn’t), I left for my 20-minute ride to the store for carryout pickup. There was a longer than usual delay to get to the pickup window, and I was asked for my name by two different employees. On a third window visit, I was told that half of my order had accidentally gone out with a delivery driver.
They offered discount coupons for the mix-up and asked me to wait an additional 10 minutes. While the complete order was eventually brought to my car, the promised discount was never provided.
The issues continued when I got home. Both the large pepperoni NY Style and large pepperoni hand-tossed pizzas were unusually soggy in the middle.
I understand that staffing or inexperience can cause issues, but basic expectations of timely service, order accuracy, and good food quality should always be met. This visit failed on all three counts.

I called to place an order for delivery and the GM got on the phone aggressively n told me they couldn’t deliver to me n couldn’t give me a reason as to why,very poor service if u ask me.The GM clearly doesn’t have control of his store

I waited 2 ½ hours for this order, paid $50, and this is what I got? Just look at the pictures—greasy, cold, and completely disappointing. The box was soaked in oil, and the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for hours before it was even delivered. The toppings were barely holding on, and it tasted just as bad as it looked.
To make it worse, when I opened the box, the toppings were stuck to the lid, ripping off parts of the pizza. And to top it all off, part of my order was wrong.
I could understand if the long wait was because they were making something fresh, hot, and actually worth eating, but this was just horrible. There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of quality, especially at that price. I won’t be back. Domino’s, do better.
Wheelchair accessible which is hard to find the pizza is just like other places but I called one of the workers and she was so rude on the phone when I asked if they accept cash payments then I said bye and she just hung up no bye no have a good day I understand she could've been angry but no need to be rude to customers

I just called it sounded like a older lady on the phone. She was very rude was just trying to order two pizzas she sounded like she was maybe having a bad day. But you don't need to be that rude to your customers she was very snappy. I told her I was just going to order from pizza hut because they were more nice to their customers. Then she said then do that and hung up. Won't order from this domino's again til she's gone sounds like she's had other complaints as well.

We hadn't ordered in a while so we treated our family to pizza. I called initially and the guy who answered the phone kept telling me to order online--I was asking about family specials. I finally gave up with him and pulled over-i was driving-to place my own order. When it was picked up it was missing the 2 litre of soda(I was feeding 6 boys) and the dipping sauces-- no iced sauces or garlic butter sauce. The food was good but the service and the fact that I didn't get all of what I paid for was disappointing.

I did the Domino’s delivery option from the app, and honestly, it was great! The app is super easy to use, and I love being able to tweak everything as well as watch the pizza be made and track the driver. Additionally, my delivery showed up fast, even a bit earlier than expected, and the pizza was hot and fresh—just the way it should be. The driver was really friendly too, which was a nice bonus. Domino’s totally came through with awesome food and fast service. Definitely my go-to for a quick, tasty meal at home!
