We ordered on the Erbert and Gerberts website. But, on the weekends Erbert and Gerberts contracts with doordash for delivery. We had no idea. Our order was missing food for 2 of my coworkers. Erbert and Gerberts refunded our money but did not bring us the missing food. They said it was a doordash issue. "No soup for You" !!!

Service was fast and easy, all the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and our order was worked on and finished immediately after ordering. My one (incredibly superficial) complaint was that they were out of the bread I wanted, but because there is no bad choice with erbs and gerbs bread, this was hardly an inconvenience. Absolutely my favorite sub shop!
Ingredients always taste fresh but they have been âout of turkeyâ twice now. Very frustrating especially when walking in to no other customers. The second time the employees working were also overheard talking about getting/cutting some more but didnât seem to want to actually do it.

I was there with my daughter last week. She got a sandwich and 'rice crispy' dessert, I got a soup and sandwich combo. $41 without a tip! RIDICULOUS!! Food was great but at that price, I won't be back.
