Hot sandwiches not toasted and missing ingredients. Meat was questionable (not fresh). Not worth the price.

I purchased the Jamaican jerk turkey sub. Overall, has a lot of potential, but lacking flavor. This was my second time at Firehouse subs, and I noticed that the subs are decently portioned, but they’re just in general, kind of bland. Also, slightly overpriced, when compared to the competition like Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mikes.

What was the best part about my experience? The taste and quality of the food, of course!

Neither added OR removed any of the items I asked for, bread was sopping wet couldn’t even pick up to eat it, and very sloppily-made sandwiches. Will not be coming here again

Most of their subs are served warm, which some like and some prefer cold subs. They have a menu with a good amount of options. The firefighters theme makes a pretty good atmosphere.

I'm going to preface this by saying I am a larger guy, and I order from this store on Doordash quite a bit. Mostly because I often don't have the energy to make food on my own and I don't always feel good enough to go out in public. Unfortunately today has just underlined why I do this.

I came to this location to get some lunch with my friends before getting groceries for New Year's Eve. When I was making my order they asked for my name. Personally something I'm not fond of in general but it is something you have to deal with in a lot of fast food places nowadays. When I was going to my seat, a manager, a shorter lady with glasses and a ponytail asked if I was "the Saul". Not discreetly, but out in the open in the store, which had about 2-3 groups of other people in it. I understand that my name would come up often when I ordered there, but to directly call me out when I'm there with my friends is completely out of line. She continued in a loud voice saying that I must "order 8 times a week" and she couldn't understand how I could afford to eat there this often.

I'm going to direct this next bit directly to this lady. How dare you publicly call out one of your customers like this. I was mortified and so were my friends. I like to believe people generally have a good sense of people skills in any customer facing job, especially one who has to manage employees. Evidently this was somehow missed when you were considered for this position. The only reason that I didn't walk out just then was because I was there with my friends and I, unlike you, did not want to cause a scene. Afterwards my friends mentioned that you did this to them before, even mentioning when they were out at a concert that you saw and that they're "attached at the hip". That tends to happen when you're dating someone. No one goes to a fast food place to get singled out. We are not friends, we are not acquaintances, we just order food from you. The least we expect is for you to do that in a timely and polite manner, and evidently the least we expect is a bar too high for you.

I know this won't affect the bottom line of this store, but I will no longer order food from you, either by Doordash or in person. That you would think this is acceptable behavior is baffling. I guess you don't have to worry about how I can afford your food any more.

The Turkey bacon ranch sub was very tastie. They one had one register open, and the line was really long. The food prep also took a ridiculous amount of time and was kind of pricey. The portion size was good, and the food was delicious, but I think a little over priced.

I wanted to try their Thanksgiving sub, it was really good. I just wish there was more cranberry sauce on it. The service wasn't spectacular.

Great subs. Clean restrooms and dining area. The person who took our order could have explained things a little better and been a little friendlier. Not that she was rude. She wasn't, just not helpful.
