Service sucks there. Sat down for 15 minutes and no one came to the table. Mentioned this to the bartender and said he would send someone right away. Still no one came. Apparently customers that keep them in bussiness are not a priority. It wasn't even that busy there, I can't wrap my head around the poor service. You lost a loyal customer of many years. Nice job!

Wait time was minimal considering how busy they were. We have dietary concerns, so we can't enjoy typical Italian fare, (pastas & pizza are 'out' for us) but the Cod Dinner and Salmon Choice were outstanding! Gracie, our server went above & beyond to make certain we had a wonderful dining experience. Wish we lived closer than 5 hours, would love to make Grazies a weekly visit! ?

My family has gone to Grazies for years and always enjoyed the food and ambiance. Recently, the food was good but the restaurant was unclean, with large pieces of food on the floor by our table from previous “children” that was never cleaned while we were there. Tile floors looked dirty. Waitstaff were pleasant and attentive though we waited quite a long time to receive our bill. Presumably, the restaurant is short staffed.I hope that this restaurant will spend more time to maintain cleanliness.

Our table had the Midwestern Za pizza, manicotti, panini, marguerita pizza, and some other pasta dishes. Everything was very good and the service was great. I would definitely go here again

We stopped in yesterday for lunch. I don't remember the server's name, but she was great! The pasta was fabulous! I have a garlic mushroom pasta and Joye had a peanut chicken pasta. Luckily I had leftovers so I could have it for lunch today. If you like pasta, this is your go to.
We were in town for the night and decided to give Grazies Italian Grill a try given the relatively high ratings. Service was incredibly slow. We didn't see a server until after we were seated for 10 min. We received our side salads and appetizers before receiving our drinks. We then waited another 45 min before receiving our entrees. The food was just ok. Nothing was good enough to warrant the terribly slow service.

We ordered our food, our soup/salad didnt come out before our main course, they came out at the same time. My boyfriend or ordered salad and she brought out 2 cups of soup. Returned with his salad after his entree was already here. The waitress brought out 2 of the 3 entrees. My daughter had not recieved her chicken tenders, so she offered something else while she waited and brought out a mud cup. My boy friends order was incorrect as well and needed to be remade. We had ordered a pizza with our meal, however we did not recieve our pizza until after we were all done eating. Toppings were added we did not ask for. My daughters chicken tenders arrived 20min later becuase they forgot to put it in. The waitress should have warned us about the wait on the pizza, but didn't. They should have timed everything to come out at the same time. After receiving the pizza we asked for a box as we were already done eating. She did not offer to take anything off the bill. She did not clear a single plate either. Unsure why she refused to clear the table so we had more room. Also it was freezing in the restaurant... its been awhile since our last visit and it may be awhile before we try this Grazies anytime soon.I'm not one to complain but this was a disappointing experience..

Every time i have been here in the past has not been great. It has been about four or five years since i have been to grazies and it hasnt change. We needed to ask someone to wipe the seats down so we could sit they asked us if we would like to move a seat over it didnt matter it was just as dirty. Then we ordered, every part of our order had a mistake.I got soup instead of salad, i got maranara instead of alfrado on my sea food pascador, once our food was out our daugters food wasnt out until half way through the meal my salad came after my entre. We ordered a pizza that didnt come out until 30mins after the rest of our food came out. It was wrong we ordered canadian bacon instead we just got bacon. Our waitress said later they just take so long to make wouldnt you warn the customer they take longer so they know ahead of time and who is the chef why doesnt the food all come out at once. They acted like this is normal. I for the life of me do not understand how this place is still going its been this way for as long as i can remeber hopefully this comment will help the staff,manager,owner of grazies to look deeper into what is going on in there restaurant.
