Messed up on our food order and we waited for 20 minutes while numerous cars behind got their food and left. Tried to give us 2 different orders, to which we told the food runner our order twice. For a third time, asked for what we ordered and for our receipt.

Just stopped at about 2:45 pm for a shake. Said hello to the male cashier, nothing. After giving me my change I said thank you, nothing. Terrible customer service.

This McDonald's took away the beverage station, so now you have to wait until an employee can spare their attention to get you a refill. And since it is primarily touch screen orders, you can end up waiting a long time before they even notice you.
