This place has a lot of bad attitude. Teller and guy were arguing about his missed up order. Kid behind counter refused to touch his phone to look , someone in back was yelling at a senior employee and also the kid out front. All over a cup of senior coffee that did not show up on order. Don't argue what the customer. Should have poured his cup and hit the comp. key. It seems since covid there's a lot of bad attitudes at McDonald's stores. How 😔 sad. But it's Mc Ds they don't care any more. If they did they'd start serving quality tasting food again.

Ordered on the app. Told the # at the drive through, 20 minutes later I got my 10 piece and Fries. Then had to go in, because they gave me honey, instead of honey mustard for my nuggets.

Not a good experience:(. Manager and cashier completely ignored me the whole time I was standing in line carrying my child. They were just looking at screen for take out orders and pass by me several times, did not welcome me at all just kept ignoring me. There was a customer next to me, and they asked her can we help you. Sadly more than 10 minutes pass by and kept looking at me and ignoring me. They only greet customers with the same skin color like them. Sadly I experienced a very sad situation because of my skin color.

We ordered a large fry and got this and a large strawberry banana smoothie and got a small and when we asked for our order they told us to leave or they were calling the cops and they would not give us the receipt for the order. Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a drink and a fry in the fry is cold after I ask for fresh fries and when I brought it up to their attention, they Had me move forward and then made me wait 20minutes, I went inside to get my own fry and they told me they will bring it out when it comes up and I have to sit in my car. I cannot wait by the counter. They were very rude.

Two times within a week I got home after going through the drive-through and there were items missing. super frustrating!!!
Had to pull forward and wait genuinely 25 minutes for my food. Said it was going to be made fresh, was soggy as hell. Then the only reason i ever choose stupid mcdonald’s (THE RANCH) was of course forgotten. would like to say i will never return but im fat as hell so that’s a lie. but still they sucked today.

We got curbside because we weren't wanting to go inside or be through a drive thru at all. We got 3 meals, I had to go inside to go to the bathroom and just walking in the front doors of this store there was food laying on the ground in front that looks like it's been there all day and went to the bathroom to find out the bathrooms were trashed with the trash almost all the way full and no toilet paper, and not only that but when I went back outside to my car. There was no food and also the drinks were coming and we asked where was our food because we ordered food and the girl handing the food out gave us the biggest stink eye and came out with our food a minute later and the bag was a mess and all the food was cold like it was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes.. I don't recommend this McDonald's at all, it's like the management doesn't care how their store looks

Averge Macdonald moderate service, but there drive though is quick and barely messes up my orders.. where most are not as fast or accurate on the food orders this one holds its own

Grease and salt for a ridiculous high price. Waited in parking stall 10 minutes for this. Haven't eaten at McDonald's in a couple years. Shocked at the low quality and high price. Done with them.
