Pizza Hut

I made an order for pick up. For 1.5 hours later. 5 minutes later I realized I had put the wrong time. Tried to correct it but the call service couldn't help. They tried to connect me to the store but couldn't get through. Was told service would call back. Never did. Finally went to the store but was so frustrated i just wanted my money back. The manager couldn't return it to my card and refused to give me cash.

I ordered delivery around 10 at night. When the driver came the clearly didn’t follow any of the delivery orders instructions and sat at my door ringing the bell and knocking when I asked for no contact delivery. When they finally followed directions and left I opened the box and my thin crust pizza was all shoved to one side of the box making 2-3 piece edible. Reached out to the help line on the app (where I ordered the pizza) 3 times and heard nothing back.

Pizza hut is my favorite pizza place. This one usually has 2-3 people working, which can cause the food to take a while to be made. The place is always empty; I usually see like 3 different people walk in for carryout or doordash. It is honestly sad to see no one dining in; this explains why they are converting multiple of them to Pizza Hut Express.

Our server was amazing. It was great to find in like years ago, my boys there for the experience. Our server was running back and forth, completing other but was very attractive and welcoming.

We ordered 2 pizzas, a brownie, cheese bread sticks and an order of wings..... I gave them a delivery fee of $11.... I didn't get the wings.. and the pizza was not cooked. I called and told them that the pizza was not cooked. They said to put it in the oven.... Sorry but that's your job. You cook the pizza. That's why we buy pizza from you.

It's nice that they opened the buffet again, and staff is polite, but service still is severely lacking.

For example, while multiple customers were present and waiting, they made no more food for the buffet for 30 minutes. Essentially, you pay, then wait for them to get off their butts and make/put out the food.

Waste of time and money.

We ordered delivery tonight and were very impressed, so I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from. The food arrived hot and on time, and the delivery driver was incredibly friendly and polite. Everything we ordered—pizza, breadsticks, and Cajun fries—was fantastic. I was initially unsure about the fries, but after trying them, I wish I had ordered five more containers! We’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Thanks for always ruining my pizza by not making it to order you don't put sauce on the pizza even when I order extra sauce and I drove 45 min just to get pizza hut thanks for sucking! 0 stars

Very disappointed in my takeout order tonight. I got no bbq sauce on my large pizza and my wife’s pizza came with NO CHEESE and only garlic sauce. I spent almost $50 for this, what an absolute joke.

I keep getting notified I have rewards at this specific location, and show the email, but they don't work. Pretty annoying.
