Best meat market I’ve ever been to! Friendly staff and the meat is good! Bought some steaks and jerky. Very tasty! 😋
Great Brats and meat!
This review is LONG overdue. I’m from Stevens Point and have lived out of state for almost 20 years, but every time I come home (~2 times per year), I load up on Ski’s amazing sausages. Why? Because these are literally the best sausages in the world, and I mean that sincerely.
When I spoke to the owner during my last pickup, she acknowledged that Wisconsin sausage is some of the best anywhere. But it’s not the Wisconsin part that makes this sausage so good, it’s the Ski’s.
Sure, I’ve had good brats around Wisconsin, in Europe, and some I’ve made at home, but I kid you not, these are the best available anywhere. It is kind of funny because being a small business in a small town, they know they’ve got something really good, but I’d strongly suggest they go to competitions to really see and understand what it is they have on their hands. I would not hesitate to increase distribution across the country. In fact, let’s talk if you want to explore that further!
By the way, for the other ‘out of towners’ like me who are enamored with Ski’s, know that the owner will ship to you out of state - you just pay the shipping. I only found that out on my last visit, and boy, I’m glad I did.
With all said, keep up the great work and never compromise on quality. You’ll have my business indefinitely as well as future Kochanski generations. Thanks for everything!
Great selection, quality products.
Good, but at 27.99/lb for choice ribeye, it's a bit of a gouge.
Huge selection of brats, flavor for everyone’s taste. The burnt ends dip is phenomenal. A huge selection of other items. Highly recommend.
Best pork chops and twice baked potatoes!! I buy the boneless pork chops and cook them at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes (145 degree internal temp) and they are juicy and delicious every time! They also have delicious deli dips, sides, and chocolates!
If you know, you know.
Real nice selection, great service! Check it out
Great selection and service, including 20+ varieties of brats. We purchased the frozen lasagna and baked ziti, both of which were great. We also purchased some snack items (cheese spread, crackers, Boar's Head). The breadstick-style crackers were not very good, but everything else was phenomenal. Great job!

Well they let me down, SKI’S of all place's. It has always been my understanding they are a specialty meat store, I guess I was wrong. Last year I bought Capicola and Prociutto for an Antipasto. Went on Monday for Christmas and they hardly have anything left to sell. One was precut in the meat/ cheese case and the other they sliced. Thanks for the help
Great place for personalized service. They have high quality, fresh meats, and an excellent selection of things you didn't even know you needed! They'll grind your chicken, but they won't rub your rack(s)!!
Love love love Skis. Have purchased many meat and cheese products here. The flavored brat selection is amazing. The snack sticks are also a go to.
Love this Store!!!! Wonderful selections, and friendly employees who know their business. Their steaks are out of this world!!
Owner changed and so did the quality and processing of the meat. Ground round is like mush, chicken pre-cut and processed. The famous brats are like rubber for the new skin change. Prices are way too high, especially for the change. 9 almost 10 bucks a pound….. Love the employees there, however new ownership and decrease in care/ quality I’m done.
The other side of town offers true quality in their raised bison and beef.
