The Turkey Bacon Gouda Sandwich I had today was toasted to perfection! Melted cheese, crispy bacon....Mmmmm! Great service with a smile! 😊 🥓 🧀 I always enjoy stopping in for their nutritious selection of food and drink. The smoothies and spring rolls with the spicy peanut sauce are my favorite! I rated this place a one on food. Because I watched the lady drop her glove on the ground and then Put it on and continue to make our food. The staff clearly have no idea what they are doing. The service I’ve rated a one. I could go to Walmart buy bagels and cream cheese and a toaster and make it faster. Honestly just get people trained better and this place might be okay. For now I wouldn’t waste your time. Honest truth.

Incredible! Chicken salad panini with fruit and cats meow smoothie were awesome. The fruit was nice grapes and orange slices too. It wasn’t weird stopping in at the gym even if not a member so don’t let that stop you.
Amazing food love the chicken salad sandwich and honestly anything you order there is amazing, everything is real fresh and made up right, owner is really awesome and they work real hard. The place is clean and set up well. Keep up the good work. God bless

My lunch was very reasonably priced and it was really good. I had the BST with bagel chips and fruit. I'll go back again. This was my second time eating here. I love that they don't charge you extra for cheese or the extra side if you can't decide between bagel chips or fruit.
