I looked for a survey on my receipt so I could provide feedback privately but I didn’t see one. I am really disappointed and will, likely, not return to Metro Market. Ever since Kroger took this store over this store has gone down hill. The produce is horribly inconsistent and more often than not - the quality of the produce is terrible. Today I saw multiple items shriveled up or with mold. This has been a consistent issues. In addition, today several of the items I needed from produce were not well stocked. The same went for the rest of the store. I ended up getting less than 50% of what was on my list. This is my neighborhood store however I will be heading to other stores in Stevens Point from now on.

1st items that I paid for were Not put into my bags. When I got home and tried to call they put me on Hold 4 times and after 15/20 minutes of holding they hung up on all 4 calls. Unable to talk to anyone at customer service. I live 40 minutes away and would appreciate them to at least answer the phone and acknowledge that my items were left at 2:21pm with the cashier Ethan on 09/06/2023.

The produce has been actually rotted in regards to lettuce, onions and oranges. It’s been more than a few times now. I’m not wasting my gas to take the product back and it’s an inconvenience for me. Someone in that department should be combing over the displays of produce and tossing the spoiled or rotten things
