I normally do not take the time to write a review.
However, this is a little bit much. Yesterday (10/2/25) I placed an online order for the bogo$1 for pickup at 12:05pm. I ordered two footlongs. One cold cut and one bmt. Both with extra meat & extra lettuce and black olives and Mayo. Simple right…
Let me start off with (this is where the only start would come in) the (male) employee that was the only employee working. During a mid-day rush hour. There wasn’t another soul in sight to try and help him. He was professional, remained calm and did his thing. One by one.
It’s 1205, it shows “ready for pickup”. I walk in and there’s two people waiting by the pickup, nothing on the rack.. there was also a line at the counter. I hear the employee tell the next gentleman that he will be with him in a moment, he needs to get caught up.
It’s 1220. People are walking in and walking out just as fast. One person can only do so much. The two people ahead of me for their orders.
I was finally walking out the door at 1230.

And this is what I came home with.
I understand things were rough & stuff happens..

With the price of things, people expect to get what they paid for.
This was clearly the regular amount of meat.
14 strands of lettuce. 6 black olives.

That poor employee and my poor hungry belly.

Lexi was very professional and polite to me and the customers ahead of me. She made the subs with care and folded it up like a pro. It was great to see an employee take pride in their work, the previous few times I was in this store I was not impressed

Young man working the evening of September 15th was the most disrespectful, rude server I've seen at this store. And that is saying something. Good work is hard to find.
