They don’t even deserve a star. This place needs to be reported and shut down. Only one person working during lunch rush took 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold and staff did not even acknowledge customers. I watched over 7 people walk out in the 45 minutes I waited.

No wait in lobby counter person got my otder wrong asked for my drink gave me a medium which was supposed to be a large then took 10 mins noticed i didn't get my nacho fries took another 10 minutes finally got them got to my can and nacho fries still frozen went back in and waited 15 minutes just to tell them wanted a refund come to find out the manager on duty was the one who gave me the frozen food to begin with last time ever going back they just lost a customer

Got crispy chicken nuggets...on the plus side they got my order right but DO NOT get them after 11pm by then the grease they cook in was so old I couldn't taste anything but old fryer grease..

my DLT tacos came obliterated couldn’t even pick it up, didn’t cut my quesadilla either. one napkin was provided in the bag as-well.

I ordered tacos. They weren’t even filled properly. This is the second time this has happened to me. Please, just fill the taco. How hard is it? I’m a server, I know it can be busy, but that doesn’t mean scuff out on your customers. I’ve left tips at this pace before because I felt bad for them. I’m never doing it again.

CONSTANTLY leaves out parts of my order. My most recent all I got was a combo meal and they forgot the chips and the drink. Thats like 2/5 of the things I was supposed to get! This has happened almost every time I order from this location. Avoid it if you can.

Terrible. 2 orders, before 6pm on a Thursday. NOT BUSY AT ALL. Freeze machine out of order. Nacho fries cold. Asked for a taco without lettuce (for a child), and of course it came with lettuce. Even said no lettuce on receipt. Gal handed my soda out the window - lid not on correct and covered in soda. She got visibly irritated with me when I handed it back and asked her to fix it after it spilled all over me (she initially broke the lid when putting it on). Both my hands were covered in soda. I asked for extra napkins to clean it up. She slammed my bag down on the counter and rolled her eyes as if I asked her for a million dollars. We frequent Point often and will be staying FAR away from this place!
