Food can be really good. It can be really bad. Same with wait time. When it's busy I understand but at times I've waited 10-15 mins and it's not busy in drive or lobby. Sometimes it's only a 2-3 minute wait. You just hope the good crew is in when you order.

This Taco Bell is horrible, every single time I’ve been here the drinks are either flat or they have no flavor there’s no in between and the way they make there food is sloppy and careless it’s always cold too

Ordered 2 steak burritos for take out. Came cold as if pre-frozen and micro-waved. Tortilla wrap totally stuck to paper tore apart in my hands exposing less than a tablespoon of filling which was not steak as pictured but grains of ground beef. Disgusting mess.

They don’t even deserve a star. This place needs to be reported and shut down. Only one person working during lunch rush took 45 minutes to get our food. It was cold and staff did not even acknowledge customers. I watched over 7 people walk out in the 45 minutes I waited.

No wait in lobby counter person got my otder wrong asked for my drink gave me a medium which was supposed to be a large then took 10 mins noticed i didn't get my nacho fries took another 10 minutes finally got them got to my can and nacho fries still frozen went back in and waited 15 minutes just to tell them wanted a refund come to find out the manager on duty was the one who gave me the frozen food to begin with last time ever going back they just lost a customer

Got crispy chicken nuggets...on the plus side they got my order right but DO NOT get them after 11pm by then the grease they cook in was so old I couldn't taste anything but old fryer grease..
Honestly the location was pretty sketchy... but man those luxe boxes are a steal 😅

my DLT tacos came obliterated couldn’t even pick it up, didn’t cut my quesadilla either. one napkin was provided in the bag as-well.

I ordered tacos. They weren’t even filled properly. This is the second time this has happened to me. Please, just fill the taco. How hard is it? I’m a server, I know it can be busy, but that doesn’t mean scuff out on your customers. I’ve left tips at this pace before because I felt bad for them. I’m never doing it again.
