Had a drink i didn't order get charged to to me. Ended up tasting like toilet water, ordered a supreme crunch wrap and they gave me a hard shell taco. The beef was cold. Liked like they were closing early Eben though it was only 12.

The guy running the drive thru ended the order before we were able to order all of our food. The food looked awful and was not good. The person at the window was very rude to us. Would not recommend. Will not be going to again!

I have been here on multiple occasions and every single time at least one part of my order was completely incorrect. This last time we had sour cream on everything despite saying no sour cream multiple times. We also were missing two items from the combo that was purchased. The food is fine but the constant messing up of order, freezing cold temps, and missing food is a problem.

For starters i love taco bell. But this location doesn't greet people on arrival nor does it help anyone in person. If you love to live the life of a hermit. Thus is your place. They will get your order wrong make you wait or 15 min for your order and even not acknowledge you to Try and get it fixed. The motto must be get your shot and get out Would be find if it was right

Unfamiliar with ordering yourself, no one around, 4 employees in the back and took forever to get our food. Lobby could definitely use a cleaning, you could smell it when you walked in, kitchen wasn't in the greatest shape either
Very disappointed. The food I ordered tasted like it was yesterdays. My black beans were all dried up. It was terrible I through our my whole order which was also for my family. Spent $50 for straight out of the garbage food. Never going to any tbell ever again

We initally went in for dine in, but service was insanely slow so we had to take it to go. I told them we had to go and that i juat wanted a refund but thw guy said it would be done in 30 seconds had to ask for my drinks that i paid for. Got going started to eat food was terrible everything was cold none of the condiments i paid extra for were even in the bag. Absolutely rediculous!!

Taco Bells in Stevens Point are *way* overpriced compared to Wausau, especially if you customize. Most entrees are ~50% more, and each add-on is *aggressively* overpriced—kinda like they want to punish you for it. 80 cents for onions other TBs add for free… 🙄
