Low key this taco bell in the past like couple weeks has gotten 10x better. It was mid for awhile then it upgraded tenfold. I think new employees or whatever happned it's epic. They need to give those employees raises.

this was miserable. we started clapping as soon as we got our food. people were sitting here not getting their food for a good 30 minutes. people were even going up and asking for refunds. please DONT come here. literally go to Kwik trip or dairy queen down the road.

This Taco Bell screwed up half my order when I was literally the ONLY person in the lot and drive through. I asked for a cantina chicken burrito meal and they gave me to random cantina tacos instead. I didn’t notice until I got home because I was ill and left work early and just wanted something to nibble on when I got home. Only to find out that my entire meal was wrong. I called them hoping for a simple coupon in the mail or a refund. They denied stating I HAD to come into the store. News flash, I’m ill and I’m not coming back IN the store for a coupon. And I’m most certainly not coming back to this store again after this. Thanks for making a sick girl cry today.

Did drive thru at around 3pm on 11/8. You listen to me when I tell you who ever back there that made my food, thank you for caring. The quality of care it felt from my food. Everything was made correctly, and with attention. I get 3 cheese flat breads often and this was the best one I've ever had.
Day was 100% improved because someone cared enough to make my food with some attention. Thank you.

Ordered my food had to wait over a hour in the lobby to get my food as per the manager they are focused on drive through vs the lobby.
If there's was a zero star button I would be smashing it. Stopped for a quick bite on our way back from Green Bay. Waited 40 min just to be told they are just starting my order... I thought taco bell was fast good?
