The Main Grain Bakery LLC

I live in Milwaukee and visit family in Stevens Point. For the last 6 months this is MUST stop for me. I buy enough to take home and freeze for later. My stop on Jan 26 was DRY DRY DRY. Everything. Scones and Muffins. Bread and Cookie were ok. I consider this time a WASTE of money and no reply back from them. My mom's order was also DRY with burnt muffins. I will be skipping this stop as clearly something has changed with the recipe or the kitchen staff

I think this is relatively normal everywhere you get ice cream. Though it’s just a little silly how every barista has their own measurements of ice cream. This was a small (1 scoop quite literally) in a small cup. I’m just curious on how small a kids scoop would be in the exact same smallest bowl they have.

Terrible customer service seemed annoyed and said couldn't order on the phone but online says to call if you want to ask or add something to a order. Spent sixty dollars and ordered from the bakery but wasn't told I had to walk over to get it so driving over a half hour I wasn't driving back. Asking any questions at all seemed annoyed about it and said no one told me I had to go to both sides it was my first time coming she really didn't care. That is why I called so I could talk to someone to do the order and have no issues but they don't take orders on the phone.

First called to place an order over the phone since we were driving a little over an half hour but was told no. So we ordered online and it says if you want to add anything or do something to the order to call but you can't take orders over the phone. Did the drive and wasn't told that the bakery items aren't in the same bag and you have to go on the other side of the place to pick it up. So we never received our bakery items and it was the first time ever going that is why I called to try to order over the phone. She seemed annoyed with talking and when I called I said no one said to go to the other side to get the bakery how would anyone know that in a order online it doesn't say it anywhere. How would anyone know what to do or what to ask if it's the first time ordering and not being able to order over the phone.

We ordered from The Main Grain for a dessert bar at the wedding reception for my son and his new wife. These local celebrity bakers always hit it out of the park! The cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and cookie cream pies were fresh and packaged perfectly. I love the Wisconsin butteriness (if that’s a word ?). The photo shows how the display turned out.

We ordered from Main Grain Bakery for a wedding and I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only were the desserts beautiful and delicious (seriously we flew through them so fast I barely got anything myself), but Kelsie and team were incredible to work with. Thank you Main Grain!

I googled a dessert place open Sunday morning. This one came up and it was on my way. The dessert options were underwhelming and not to my taste. Staff were very nice and friendly though.

This is such a quaint place to sit and enjoy the atmosphere while having lunch. It's one of my favorite places to go. The service and food are amazing.
