Viking Brew Pub is a must-visit destination with exceptional service and delicious food. The welcoming bartender and friendly staff ensure a great experience. Enjoy a HUGE pretzel, Friday fish fries, spinach artichoke dip, or a juicy burger with thunderbolts as a side. The pub offers a wide selection of beers and a fun atmosphere, complete with a smoke-blowing dragon and a puzzle to solve at the bar. Owners Vik and Lori help out the staff, and servers are attentive and pleasant. The deep fried green beans with ligonberry sauce were a pleasant surprise, and cocktails were done quite nicely. The Friday fish special was perfectly done, served over sauteed cabbage with baby red potatoes and a sauce that was so much better than tartar sauce. The prime rib sandwich was the perfect portion, and the Lava cake with vanilla ice cream was perfect. The food was very tasty, good portions and value making the overall experience very satisfying. With free public parking behind the building, Viking Brew Pub is a top recommendation, guaranteeing a satisfying visit every time.
