I was utterly disappointed with the burger I ordered. The beef patty was so dry that I felt like I was chewing on a piece of leather. It was so unappetizing that I couldn't even swallow it, and I was worried that I might actually break a tooth. I had no choice but to throw it away. Overall, it was a truly terrible dining experience.

We went there yesterday and we were disappointed our curly fries were cold and not good. Then on way back to green Bay lil man wanted tenders from there. We mentioned about our curly fries and a worker Dustin came out as we waited and was awesome. Talked to us gave us re order of the fries and chocolate shake. Thank you Dustin.. means a lot and shows how much your customers mean to you.

It was a typical Arby's taste nothing negative to say, service was as it would be expected we got our food timely and the service was friendly and the food was what we ordered.
Vegetarian options: I didnt see any vegetarian dishes.
No food was consumed before taking this photo. Ordered the classic beef and cheddar, a small curly fry and a cup of cheese.The cheesecake was Basically EMPTY !!! And the small curly fry had about 10 French fries in there.Ridiculous ridiculous this place sucks Do not eat there.They will rob you blind!!! I want to leave feedback on the website provided on the receipt. And there's no way to do that on the website. Someone needs to reach out to me and have this corrected.

I hate coming here.....I always give it a try though when I'm sick of everything else fast food....never again will I order food from there. Not only do most of their employees have the worst attitudes I've ever seen in customer service but revenge sandwiches aren't my thing. I wanted a chicken sandwich light mayo simple as that. When there was a miscommunication and we tried to talk to her after she handed us our food she quick slammed the window shut....so I go in ask for a new sandwich with only light mayo.....I opened it when I got outside....there was more mayo than chicken. It was disgusting to even look at. I get having a rough day but come on if you're going to act like a bunch of toddlers all day every day and throw a hissy fit when you mess up don't be in customer service. Also if your a cook maybe have the decency to simply make an edible sandwich. Top bun chicken mayo bottom bun. Maybe they need some training or a new job I'm not sure but they suck at this one.

Standard lunch with a standard wait time. My son and I each had a buffalo chicken sandwich. His had so much buffalo sauce it was spilling out the wrapper and it was hard to eat. Mine was normal. Whoever is making the food needs to be more constant.
