“where does one start? small, but cozy, welcoming, clean, cooks are fast, food is mouth watering delicious, the server is so cute that it's hard not to pinch her cheeks. All the staff there are always moving and grooving and you're never running out of food or drink. Hands down, the best breakfast place in Door County......it's suppppper underrated.”

“We visited as a group of four and had a great experience! We ordered two Smash Burgers and two Tuna Sandwiches. Everything came out very quickly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable, and we were really impressed. We’ll definitely come back!

“I’m kind of on the fence for this place. Amazing deserts, but never had tried their actual food they serve there. I’m not a fan of how you have to order off of a tablet instead of getting a waitress to take your order. I say that because most elder people don’t know how to use modern technology and I see more elder folks in there anytime I drive by or go in. Prices aren’t so bad there but the customer service sucks! Was not please with the “I don’t wanna be here” attitude from the employees working at the counter”

“Wowowow, just look at the color of my iced latte! Perfectly pulled espresso and friendly barista! We visited every morning we were in town, wished we lived closer so we could come more often! The Dark matter espresso tonic and the hazelnut latte were 10/10!”

“The cutest coffee shop/restaurant in the area. The gardens outside are straight out of home and garden magazine. The wimsy interior forces you to slow down and take it all in. This place is a true gem and we're happy that we stumbled upon it!”

It also works great as a “hangout bar,” with a casual setup that makes it easy to hang out for a while without feeling rushed. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick drink or staying for a longer night out, it has that easygoing energy that keeps the place enjoyable.

Overall, Red Room is a solid local bar with great staff, a chill atmosphere, and a comfortable space to hang out with friends. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re looking for a relaxed night out.”

“We absolutely love eating at Donny's Glidden Lodge! The food is consistently fantastic, and the ambiance is beautiful. We make it a point to come here once or twice every summer when we're visiting Door County.

They do accept reservations, which I highly recommend, and every meal we've had has been delicious. One thing to note is that they typically have you wait in the bar area even if your table appears to be ready.

The only thing we miss is the salad bar. It was one of our favorite parts of dining here before it was removed during COVID, and we'd love to see it make a comeback. Bring back the salad bar!

Overall, this is one of our favorite Door County restaurants, and we'll definitely keep coming back.”

I especially appreciate how affordable everything is without compromising on taste. It’s my go-to spot for a quick, tasty bite. Highly recommend for a casual pizza fix!”

“Clarence is a great bartender and easy to chat with. The drink prices are some of the best you will find in door county. Comfortable setting with bumper pool and other activities. I would recommend this place for a relaxing after dinner drink.”

“We discovered Kick Coffee while on vacation the first week in June. Tried a couple other places in town and always came back to Kick. Very quaint, gotta get there fast to get one of the 2 tables available. Popular with locals, appreciated friendliness of regulars who advised us of places to visit while staying the week. Highly recommended. Couldn’t leave without buying a souvenir to take back home to Indiana.”

“Amazing! Our son came from Minneapolis to Door to surprise us for our birthdays! He wanted to take us to Donny’s for dinner, but made no reservations. We ended up at Crate in downtown (3rd Ave) Sturgeon-unassuming outside, but gave a try-I am a lover of foods around the globe, and I had THE BEST stuffed Pork chop I’ve EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! We all loved the Sushi!! Loved my husband’s ‘Crate Old Fashioned!’ My Son loved his steak. I highly recommend!”
