Extremely pricey. $7.50 for an average smoothie. REVISED BELOW: I'd like to make a revision to say that 3 years ago when I posted the review, prices were just starting to escalate. I understand now. You have tasty food but.... Giving a request to make them much more healthy. You still use seed oils in most of the menu items, I cannot have on the menu because seed oils (including in your breads) cause damage to my eyes (and everyone's eyes - they just don't know it yet). 5 years from now, lots of places will be advertising no seed oils because they are known to bring the health of your body down in multiple ways. I am willing to pay a little more for avocado oil, real butter or EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil in the dishes. You could literally advertise you don't use seed or vegetable type oils (canola, sunflower, safflower, soy, grapeseed, ricebran, corn are the "Hateful 8" and half life of a seed oil in your body is 3 years) and BE THE ONLY RESTAURANT IN TOWN THAT IS TRULY HEALTHY. Even Healthy Way Deli uses almost all seed oils in their food. Frustrating. Thanks for listening. I appreciate that you read the reviews. That is awesome.

We were around for the weekend and enjoyed having a more healthy option. This establishment offers a seat yourself option in a large space with big windows and a cool view. The food is fresh and incredible-on top of that they gave us each a small pour of delicious orange juice. I love this place-wish we had one close by! I had the avocado toast and it was delicious!
The food was great! Whatever she did with the orange juice, it was delicious, as was the coffee! We were there for a lunch and a breakfast. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our experience for dining in and for carry out.

The cucumber hummus salad sandwich and Mocha were my favorites! Our kids loved the grilled cheese and hot dogs on pretzel buns with kettle chips.

Delicious and unique pastries- we got a mango turnover and a cinnamon roll. The coffee is also really good. We got the French toast and granola and they are both great. Everybody is very helpful and kind and the atmosphere is open and relaxing.

After reading other reviews, I feel like maybe I just had a one-off bad experience, but I found two short whiteish gray hairs in the lettuce in my wrap after I had bitten into it. Will it kill me? No. Is it gross? Yes. They were busy so I did not bring it to the attention of the staff.
The fresh squeezed juice was good.
Update: Thank you to the owner for the reply. I get it, mistakes happen sometimes. I appreciate that the food is grown locally.

Slightly inflated prices for the portion given. But the cafe’s values and message make it feel worthwhile. You know you are eating quality, cared-for food. The staff is super sweet as well. Their garlic shrimp salad was satisfying. Recommend the Dijon vinaigrette.

Impeccable, outstanding, mouth watering food every time we stop in! All of the food is clean and made with love!
This was a wonderful surprise on the Sawyer side of town. After a morning visit to the Maritime Museum, we walked over for a quick lunch.
I had a great grilled cheese and tomato soup that I would order again in a heartbeat. My father had the buffalo chicken wrap that he absolutely loved. Next time we are in town, we would love to try some of their premade meal options that you just heat and eat. We will visit again next time we are in town.
