Food was cold and absolutely disgusting. The employee was annoyed that I brought this to her attention. I listed the items I had that were really cold (there were many) She was annoyed and said it's because it was slow. I guess that excuses the cold food? Maybe she was implying it's better to go in when it's busy? Something I've noticed about this place is they also try and seat people super close to you even when the restaurant is practically empty, offering you no privacy. Shame on me for giving this place another chance. That's my own fault. Will never return. Hoping I don't get sick. Who knows how long their food sits out. They often don't rotate the pans either, just dumping new food on top of old food, as I saw they did with the sweet and sour chicken and egg rolls. Awful service, horrendous food. Whatever food that was actually warm tasted terrible. The lo mein is just spaghetti noodles. Waste of money.

Believe the 1* reviews. I had heard from a few co-workers that they liked the place, so I decided to try it out. The place had a bad smell when you walked by the end of the buffet bar. It smelled as if some food was left out and forgot to be thrown away (I've been in asian markets, and it's not the standard fishy smell from a place like that). I got the fried rice, lo-mein, a variety of chicken, Mongolian beef crab rangoons, donuts, and water. It was just after dinner time, and most of the food looked fresh, but the first bite of rice determined that was a lie. The rice was hard and stale as if it had been undercooked and left too long. The Mongolian beef was undercooked. The crab rangoons were small and flavorless. I sent the entire plate back and, at the end, had to remind them I sent my food back as they still tried to charge $14+ for the 4 bites of food I had. A previous review mentioned the water, and it does indeed have a weird flavor. My partner tried the shrimp and some sort of scallop ball, and he did not like much of what he got. His sprite was also at the end of the flavor the cartridge needed to be changed. The food was all lacking flavor, most was old, and an absolute skip, in my opinion.

It wasn't my favorite. They had really good honey chicken but the water had a really weird taste and so did most of the food cooked with that water. Not sure if it's the water here in sturgeon Bay or what but we weren't impressed.

I went to get a take out box. I was charged $16 for it. The dinner buffet is $12.49. I was highly confused as to why ONE small box from the buffet was more than eating inside at the buffet. When I questioned the cashier he told me he didn't know. He said Yesterday the take out meals were $8 and tonight they told him to charge $16. So I asked the owner. She told me it was because I got red sauce to go with the sweet and sour chicken. I told her that makes zero sense as the sauce comes with the chicken. She told me oh well and walked away.
This place is no longer affordable for families. The staff is very cold and just overall rude. And they clearly make up prices as they go. My take out box was not overly stuffed at all either. If I had known they'd be over charging me I would've put more food inside. Extremely disappointed in this place.
Dan's kitchen has better quality for cheaper price if looking for somewhere affordable to eat at.

We dined in here. First of all the waitress was impatient and acted like our questions were annoying. The food was all cold. Nothing was warm and everything had hardly any taste. Never coming back again
