Do not eat here. He sells rotting expired frozen food and violates every health law you can imagine and then exploits his workers and can't keep a staff. He also charges too much for frozen food you could get at the grocery store. He doesn't date or rotate the food and the place is dirty and smelly. You don't want to eat here unless you're looking to get food poisoning or unspiced bland expired frozen food that tastes like dog food. Eat here at your own risk they have 20 health violations and that's as of the last most recent inspection scoring 71-100 when the former owners had a 89-100. This place is a hole in the wall bar. I wouldn't let a dog eat here.

I had a mushroom and swiss burger and it was very good. However when I went to pay my bill the price I was told was different then what was on the menu. It was $4 more. If that is correct they need to update their menu with the correct prices. Also I had a few drinks that were $6. When I bought the 3rd drink he said it was $10???

New owners completely refurbished this place and did a fantastic job, inside and out. Pizza is the best especially if you like thin crust. And, the large pizza is huge for the price. Very friendly staff. Good separation of tables, tho the bar is usually full. Couples visited Sept. 13, 2020.

My husband and I went there for dinner. Terrible service and very slow. We were there later and had to wait for a long time to get our food. There was only one order of food in front of us so not sure why so slow. Only two people working there and they were only worried about the bar patrons. The owner walked past us twice and NEVER asked how the food was and if there was anything else that we needed. The waitress finally came back and asked if we needed anything and we asked for a box. She NEVER came back. After waiting for the bill, we finally just walked to the bar and gave them money for our food. The owner asked us if it covered but we could t even tell him as we never got the bill. We live here - not like we are tourists that they could care less about. Will not go back which is too bad because the fish fry was good.

Great country bar. Bartender was very nice. Lots of locals but still feels welcoming. Good food with decent prices. Small town feel and atmosphere. If you are from Chicago or Milwaukee you'll like the change of pace. Pizzas on old snow coaster pans was excellent!
