Took a Pizza out of the warmer box and said she was adding a topping. Sausage rolled off the Pizza,we were both super hungry from the days travels or would have walked out and gone to McDonald's. Can't understand Corporate not closing it down or replacing the owner. Just terrible PIZZA, you have been warned !!!!!

The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. No delivery available, and the pickup was a disaster. Pizza Hut estimated 35min, and emailed me to say it was ready. I showed up to a long line and only one employee trying to cover the register, the phone, online orders and the kitchen. Duri.g this time, she had to call IT to stop the deluge of online orders, and to do some sort of refund . After waiting 20min in line, she informed me that she hadn't even started baking my pizzas, but she took my online payment and then tipped herself in cash. Apparently, this prevented her from cancelling my order. So, I had to wait for another 35-40 min for her to get around to making the food. I bet 7 other people came in and cancelled their orders during that time. She kept saying that her coworkers didn't show up because they were too busy playing online games. When I finally got the pizzas, she screwed up the toppings

I order 2 large pizzas through the app,and it told me in 15min I can pick it up! I arrived in 13mins and when I got there my pizza was cold. The lady at the front end gave me a hard time to remake my order she seem very nonchalant and could care less about my order.this will be my last visit there

App states delivery is way passed due been 30 mins since scheduled time of delivery. If it’s going to be late at least call your customer to let them know. Instead it’s been in the oven for a half hour. And phone rings non stop so no answer spending 40 + dollars. For no service and no food is bad business and bad for your company.

The order was 35 minutes late and cold. I called the store and they said they couldn’t find the order so it must be out for delivery??? Not a very good answer! It was delivered by Door dash pretty bummed I think it would have been good if it was warm!

I Love this store. I Love this manager.. Always in a good mood, always cheerful, and on time..I enjoy the vibes and the Pizza is outstanding! I asked for "janky cut fun chaos" and Love how they cut it! Life is short. Eat Pizza.

Great food, great service but the chairs were all up on the table and felt awkward coming in to sit down and eat. Otherwise really great food and the people were so friendly!
