Couldn’t take a simple order in the drive through. I don’t drink coffee because of heart problems and they added 2 shots into my chai. Never once did I say to add a shot to my order.

I was there today and the venta mocha cookie crumble frap, and the taste was a lil off I let Wesley know and he took care of it right away made a new one right way it was perfect, Thank you Wesley.

I've been there twice this week and both times my drink as been wrong. They gave me the coffee frappé rather then the cream base one. So now I'm out 11 bucks. Those drinks aren't cheap. It was written down as well on a online order.
