They charged me $2 extra dollars for a tip I never authorized. Then, when I called to complain and demand a $2 refund, the manager argued with me and said I must have authorized the tip. Unacceptable!
This Starbucks is becoming my favorite! We've stopped here a few times on our way into or out of Door County, and each time, everyone is so nice, and the facility is both pretty and serene. We will be stopping here whenever we can!

Drink was handed out to another car and handed back in. When we pulled up I asked the barista about this and she lied to me saying it was another drink. There was a line so I just left then noticed there wasn't even cold foam on it like there should've been since I was charged for it. Needless to say we probably won't visit this location again

Incredibly unprofessional and inconvenient. I used the order ahead app on my phone as usual to make a quick stop with a car full of sleeping children. Once we got to the store, i see a hand written sign on a locked door informing us we need to use the drive thru for order ahead pickup with no option to get my already paid for order. After an additional 10-15 minutes of sitting in line while other cars’ orders were placed and prepared, i was able to get my order
