After an action packed weekend in Door County, we were happy to see a Starbucks on our way out of town to fuel up for our ride home. We weren’t sure what we wanted, were paying separately with two orders, so kind of annoying customers honestly lol, but the employee who took our order was sweet as could be, patiently waited until we got ourselves together, and our drinks were ready quickly, perfectly prepared. Top notch ??

Love this new Starbucks!! I'm always served so quickly as I stop in around 9a.m. Sweet staff and environment. I like to sit inside and enjoy my coffee. The other guests are so friendly. This is a cool place to visit often!!!?

Passing through from out of state and was hesitant about stopping after seeing the negative reviews. Took a chance and stopped. Every one was friendly, smiling and engaged conversation. Our large food and drink order was spot on and delicious.
A new Starbucks in Sturgeon Bay. Was incredibly busy. Drive through was absolutely full into the parking lot. Staff were very friendly and personable. Woman taking our order was very pleasant. Didn't wait long for our order. For a brand new store and staff, I felt they were very efficient and did a very good job ? Bathroom was very clean.

Incredibly nice staff and good drinks! It's also great place to sit and relax, which I can't say about the one in Target because it's right next to check out. It's just going to get better as they get more people and training too :) just a really chill place with caring

I understand that this place is new, but I have never seen a more disorganized business. I worked this job when I was 16 years old in a major metropolitan area, so I don't understand why they fail time and time again. I just went through the drive through and they forgot to put vanilla in and made it hot when I asked for it iced. So I went inside and simply asked for them to put vanilla in and they took my whole drink. I waited another 15 mins before once again approaching to ask about my drink. Then once I asked it had been remade iced without vanilla and was sitting by the drive through, but by this time I was inside. Once again I asked for vanilla and finally received my drink. Starbucks is supposed to be convenient and fast this place is the exact opposite. I am just out of college and work hard for my money and don't have much time to spare so honestly this was just terrible and I wasted my morning. Y'all need to get it together fr. I suggest going to the Starbucks in target honestly and avoiding this place altogether. I was excited that my small town was opening a drive through but it's not worth it.

Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Slow service and got my drink wrong twice. Tried to go a third time and the drive thru line was so slow I ended up leaving.

Reagan went in with a party of seven and just waited and waited and waited, finally had to leave without getting our order even taken. The staff were working hard for the most part. It’s clearly the manager who didn’t put enough staff on.. it feels like Starbucks is starting to die as a brand has this terrible customer service is becoming more and more common.. not only do you have to spend $60 for bitter coffee with syrup in it now you have to wait 45 minutes.
