One way to improve your food is to have your chef taste what they are serving. If the person who made my meal and my daughter's meal actually tasted what they made, I would bet they would of thrown it all out and started from scratch. I brought my daughter out for dinner Friday night and we had an absolute horrible meal. We were so excited when our server brought us the food because it was plated nice and looked good. What a hidden gem! This place is going to be a local favorite soon. Prices were way too low for how terrific the food was. The Beer Cheese Soup had chunks of bacon and popcorn! And the German potato salad was the best I’ve ever had. Fried Cod fish fry had the most delicious breading, generous portions we couldn’t finish. New menu, so we’ll be back very soon to try it all.

This is my first time eating at the Union Supper Pub since the new Chef came in and it was excellent! On Saturday night they have a broasted chicken dinner that was definitely the best that I have had in the area for a really long time. The batter on the chicken was really light and crispy and the plate came with homemade stuffing and mashed potatoes along with cranberries. The price was super reasonable at $12.99 for the half chicken. The waitress I had was excellent as was the bartender. Really friendly staff and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be back.
