We have visited here multiple times. I love their apps! We have also enjoyed their pizza as well and trying the different toppings they offer. My biggest recommendation for the owner is to add in a baby-changing station in both of the restrooms. For being a family-friendly restaurant, it was extremely disappointing to bring my daughter out to dinner with us and need a space to change her and go to the restroom to find there was nowhere to go and have to go out to my car in the...
My job put in a $400 order on Friday (to be ready for pickup on Tuesday at 11:40am)... I get there to pick up and they can't find the order. Come to find out, "someone" stapled order receipt to "wrong" day (a Monday - they're closed on Mondays)... Had to sit and wait while they made the food. So basically lunch for the whole shop was 45 mins. The kicker is while I had to sit and wait, they didn't even offer me a glass of water for the inconvenience.
I usually like going to this place, decent food relaxing inside and nice staff. I would just like to note the new “vegan” pizza option, is not allergy friendly. I have been dairy free due to my baby having a dairy allergy. We told the person over the phone that someone in the house has a dairy allergy and ordered the cauliflower crust pizza with vegan cheese option. Confirming it was all dairy free.
