The staff at the Washington location are rude and annoying. My daughter loves Wendy's so we are there often and I almost don't want to go to that one anymore because I'm so disappointed with their service. I'll go up to ask for something and employees just walk by . Horrible language. I was leaving one day and I ordered a chili to go on the kiosk, but I had cash so I had to tell them so I could pay. The lady literally looked straight at me and said nothing....
