We were unfortunately on our way home from our vacation in the Northwoods wished we would have stopped on the way up as well Food and service were amazing was a very charming restaurant with great decor and was spotless I very rarely comment but those Blueberry Pancakes were unbelievable nice job looking to our next trip hopefully it's soon!!
My family and I have been coming to Ruby May’s consistently since it opened a number of years ago. Although we have a place on Post Lake we are from Southern California. Not only is this restaurant an extremely valuable asset to the area we now hear they are considering other locations. We wish them nothing but the very best with their next step. If the food, the oh so friendly service and the compelling ambiance are anything like the original I’m certain it will be a fantastic...read full review

This place is definitely top notch and not your typical cafe in the north woods. Their presentation, flavor, service, cute atmosphere, quality of food and cleanliness is way above most places I have been in the area. Ruby May’s is a gem!
