I had a really disappointing experience at Arby’s recently. I specifically ordered a gyro plain, without any tzatziki sauce, and instead got the complete opposite. The tzatziki wasn’t just on it—it was absolutely smothered in it, like someone thought it was a joke. It was completely inedible for me, and the order being wrong just ruined the whole meal.
If you’re going to offer customization, at least take it seriously. Waste of money and time.

I ordered the new bbq pulled pork, there was no sauce on my sandwich and no way to contact them to let them know, to at least get a credit or a new sandwich and my potatoe cakes were cold and bland.

I bought a BLT from this location. I should have ordered a bacon bits sandwich because that is what I received. Arby’s (at least this location) is serving paper thin bacon. Their fresh market BLT used to have thick bacon and now the bacon is paper thin and they are cooking it for the same length of time as the thicker bacon. Most awful sandwich I have ever eaten. I gave them points for customer service because the 2 ladies at the counter were very nice. I will not return to this location because it’s not the first time my food was bad.

I will not be returning. My husband and I go to this location multiple times a week for lunch and order the same thing every time. There has not been a single time that the order has been correct. Sandwhiches are not made correctly. I have gotten to the point where I am over calling them every time we go there. Make sure that you check your order before you leave. I did not realize that when something says to add cheese, its so hard to add a slice of cheese or not put mayo on something. Especially when it is ON THE RECEIPT TAPED TO THE SANDWHICH.
