Fries were hard. And they forget my sauce every single time. Whether its drive-thru or delivery. Its extremely frustrating to have to eat a classic roast beef sandwich dry when the horsey sauce packet i put on the order, thats on the receipt on the bag, isn't given to me.

Walked into the restaurant.. Staff very friendly. Waited a little while as they had to cook my food. Which was very awesome. For wait I received a coupon for my next order free. I really wasn't mad or anything. The Manager gave me the coupon.

I had a really disappointing experience at Arby’s recently. I specifically ordered a gyro plain, without any tzatziki sauce, and instead got the complete opposite. The tzatziki wasn’t just on it—it was absolutely smothered in it, like someone thought it was a joke. It was completely inedible for me, and the order being wrong just ruined the whole meal.
If you’re going to offer customization, at least take it seriously. Waste of money and time.

I ordered the new bbq pulled pork, there was no sauce on my sandwich and no way to contact them to let them know, to at least get a credit or a new sandwich and my potatoe cakes were cold and bland.

I bought a BLT from this location. I should have ordered a bacon bits sandwich because that is what I received. Arby’s (at least this location) is serving paper thin bacon. Their fresh market BLT used to have thick bacon and now the bacon is paper thin and they are cooking it for the same length of time as the thicker bacon. Most awful sandwich I have ever eaten. I gave them points for customer service because the 2 ladies at the counter were very nice. I will not return to this location because it’s not the first time my food was bad.
